This property was close to the airport. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Would have loved to see some gluten free options in their breakfast selection. Fortunately my wife brings her own cereal so she at least has something to eat.

Very dingy place with cramped breakfast area (guests have to move when staff need to enter/exit the reception area). Breakfast area coffee maker was broken (and the room had none) - when we asked for a bottle of water instead, we were told that it was only for special members(!) We bought coffee at the nearby establishment. Way too expensive for what you get - would not recommend, and will not return.

Clean and Friendly

The front desk personal - in fact all the staff were wonderful. The food choices were very good for breakfast and if they were low on anything they were quick to re-fill. Just a wonderful stop for couples and families.

The pictures look a lot better than what the rooms actually are. The lot is tiny and faces a dirty local home. The room was super hot when we arrived the AC worked but not well. The doors let in all the noise and light. I was almost certain we’d get bugs coming in at night. The bathroom needs a remodel.

Breakfast was good (was grab and go) - good selection. Beds were comfortable Pool/hot tub were awesome - towels were provided Rooms were adequate - in some areas they did show their age (wall/tub putty very evident) but in others were brand new (bathroom sink, floors), water pressure was good, fridge worked well Parking was covered, which was nice Walking distance to Burbank airport - when I needed to pick up the rental car the day after I arrived

Very convenient to Burbank airport/ Universal. Loved the airport shuttle just took a long time to call. The property was clean but smelled of smoke. Very small and run down. Location in an alley which was strange but overall felt safe but I feel like there needs to be more protection. Especially with the hallways outside. I was on floor two and it was extremely noisy at night. It was great for my one day stay! Staff was good! Breakfast needs more options :(
