The concierge buy the name of Bridget was extremely rude
It was a fair place to stay with helpful staff and a decent breakfast (especially during pandemic times). But there are several issues. First, there's not enough parking and the garage is very cramped and full of trash. Secondly, the elevators are broken often - and one doesn't going to the basement/garage. So you often have to use the stairs, which is not fun with heavy luggage. Also, in my room 430 - there was a VERY loud machine rumbling every night that went on and on for hours. It sounded like a UFO was landing on the ceiling and vibrated the walls (and it wasn't the ice-maker, just FYI). Also my room really smelled bad, like mold or old wet cigarettes. So I started investigating it and found that the wet-bar sink was massively clogged with some kind of black/brown sludge. Very gross! And finally, we got a different room than what we paid for on Orbitz - so be cautious and call them ahead of time to confirm. Was not happy about that at all, considering I paid extra for it.

Well let’s first say this place has a very rude Front desk representative. On top of that my entire stay in my room had no power no air-conditioning no tv and elevators did not work. F
I like that it’s a nice clean Hotel Inn. The rooms are a nice size for a family of three.
It was the most cozy and elegant place I’ve stayed at in a long time. Truly felt like a home away from home.
The hotel is clean, rooms are nicely decorated and the breakfast is amazing. However, we were charged for two nights parking despite not having a car. Our receipts were emailed to us, so we were off site when we reviewed. When I called to dispute the parking charges I was questioned as to if I really didn’t have a car, and spoke to in a tone that led me to believe they thought I was lying. The charges were reversed but there was no apology and the entire interaction was a disappointing way to end our stay.
I always enjoy the breakfast! The lobby was a bit dirty. The seats were stained. I didn’t like to HAVE to pay $18/day for vallet parking. I would not have minded parking myself.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Use of printer for boarding passes was helpful. Ample breakfast selection.
The customer service was great, but I didn’t like being forced to valet my car for $18/day
The room was clean, spacious, and lovely. The sevice was polite and efficient, and when we checked out the concierge went out of his way to make us a complimentary breakfast bag as we were leaving half an hour before breakfast services due to our early flight. It was a fairly small thing, but it made a big positive impact.
It’s clean, the food is great, the housekeeping terrible
