Had to walk quarter mile to get to room. Got lost twice. Heat in room was not working or too complicated a thermostat. Cold all night. And then had to watch at least three spiders crawling up and down. When walking from parking lot to front door, there were water bottles being thrown from high in the tower. Missed us by four feet but would have injured us significantly if they hit.

Family Fun and Great Amenities! Our stay at this hotel was fantastic and exactly what we were looking for! The check-in process was fast and a breeze, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Our room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed; having a balcony was a nice bonus. The amenities were a hit with everyone: our teen absolutely loved the pool and the water slide, while the adults really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. The location couldn't have been better for our trip. While there's a Denny's next door, we were thrilled with how close the Eggspectation restaurant was to the hotel and ended up dining there twice because it was so convenient and tasty! We were celebrating a 60th birthday, so the hotel's proximity to the River Rock Casino was a major plus for our evening entertainment. The location also made exploring easy; a drive into Vancouver the following day was a quick and simple 30-minute trip. All in all, this hotel was a great choice for everything we wanted to do.
