My kids loved the water slide. When we. Checked in the room was dirty. I told the front desk and said we’d go get some food so it could be cleaned. When we returned 3 hours later it was still dirty. They offered us a different room. The room was pretty basic and didn’t have any modern features. It was just ok.

LOVED my stay here. It is slightly outside typical tourist areas and has less to do (location in Richmond not downtown Vancouver), but the hotel more than made up for this. Great staff, lots of amenities, and it was set up really well. Only thing that could use work, is that the room itself had some repairs to be done (ceiling had a section cracked off, tv mount loose etc). But the staff were extremely accommodating, and the room was nicely sized. For the price, it’s absolutely worth it!!

This was my first visit to this location and was here for business in the area for the week. Initial check in was slow and I felt ignored when checking in. Actual check in was friendly, but it felt disorganized. My room initially seemed fine but there was garbage on the floor beside the bed and behind the bedside table which I cleaned up. The room had two queen beds. The bed I used, across from the TV was in horrible condition. The “leather” headboard was damaged and had a big patch on it, about two feet square, that ended under falling on my face while sleeping. I left it on the pillow for house keeping to have repaired. Instead they left it under my pillow. Horrible. And it smelled really bad. This was on my last night. Check out at 7:30 took me 10 minutes as they only had one person on the desk and lots of people trying to check out. So disappointing for a large hotel.
This is the patch that fell off the headboard and onto my face while sleeping.

We stayed one nite. Hotel is very large and kept very clean. We were greeted nicely and the front desk staff answered all our questions. Our room was large but very dated. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was very dark, the sconces were the only source of light (dim was nice for nite time) but very far otherwise. The carpet didn’t seem well vacuumed by the sofa, which had stains. The wall behind the sofa had something clearly all over the walls as you could see the stain there as well. There were cobwebs at the patio door opening. We used the shuttle in the morning and got to the airport in a timely manner, and our shuttle driver did a wonderful job at avoiding a head on collision. He did not however drop us at our location, but well before and we had to walk abit to our gate.
