Convenient for the airport. Excellent shuttle. Very clean room and comfy bed. Repeat visitor but this day in room 203. The window was largely blocked off because there is a massive exhaust, probably from the white spot below right outside the window. Not nice.

Getting from the airport to the hotel was very easy with the shuttle. Really enjoyed the hamburger in the restaurant located in the hotel. Small convenience store next door that was nice for getting a couple of bottles of water and a little candy.

The place is good but the staff were more than terrible. I booked this hotel for my friend come to visit me. I will never book this hotel again. I called to ask information i have not done my word yet she hang up my phone and also the second time i called to the hotel again my english not very good so i speak slowly she put my call on hold during i talk to her. Moreover, when i explained her that i got the information from the hotel before check-in it was not the same she told me, so i just wanted to know why it was not the same information. The one that not acceptable was i was speaking but she said she busy thank you bye and hang up my phone with no answer my question. If someone wants to book this hotel you should think again.
