The hotel staff was very professional and accommodating. Hotel was super clean and classy. They gave great restaurant suggestions and everything was perfect from the onset of our stay.
We had a great stay. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant - which was convenient and good food with super nice servers. Used the pool and hot tub - fun! All around a nice experience. Good location for exploring the city.

I absolutely love this hotel - it is my hotel of choice in downtown Vancouver. The staff is top notch and it is comfortable and homey. I love the outdoor hot tub.
Spent a long weekend here with my significant other and was very pleased with the hotel and the experience. Customer service was excellent. The building felt secure, and the room was very nice, spacious, and had a huge bathroom, fireplace, and balcony with a table to eat. The pool and hot tub was nice, and there were plenty of dining options available within walking distance. The only thing I might fault the hotel on was the gym facility as it was pretty lacking, and had dated equipment. They did note however they were going through renovations. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.
Comfort and decor were both very good. We had a suite which included a very nice full kitchen that came in useful during our 6 night stay. The living room was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. We even had a small balcony overlooking the outdoor pool. We used the pool and hot tub often after our long walks and biking around Vancouver. The hotels central location made it easy to get to good shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.
