False advertisement. On the details on the room it said city view for a deluxe room. I even used the "message hotel" option off Orbitz and never got a response even though it said response time is usually a few hours. I upgraded just for the view and when checking in the front desk said they do not guarantee and do not charge extra for it. Was still not able to get accommodated. Expected a better stay when paying for a "4 star" hotel.

Very clean property and room. Beds were comfortable. Very interesting to be in the bathroom and can look through the shower to the rest of the room. Staff was very helpful. Daughter loved Steve the fish in the tank behind the front desk and all the complimentary chocolates. Quick stay for a concert. Location was awesome. About a block away from BC place. Skytrain was fairly close.
