Hotel under renovation, very disappointed

We got to the hotel and they were doing reservations which we were not told about, nor did Hotels.com state in the webpage. We arrived early and we left the bags at the lobby but there wasn't many places to wait inside. There was no bathroom available in that building due to the renovations so we were told to use the gym wich was across the building. Once we were able to check in after 4pm there were still working on the renovations and we could hear it from our room on the 3rd floor and continued past 5pm. We could hear drilling and hammering. If we had known that it was under renovations we would not have stayed there specifically for the cost of the night we had to pay. Very disappointed that we were not aware it was under renovations and it wasntoo late to change reservations.

I got mistakenly charged for an extra night, they caught it straight away but I still had to wait for the $300 to be refunded. I was also charged double for parking as it was already on the booking and the cherry on top was a charge for a movie that I never bought. This was all refunded but it wasnt until a few weeks later and I had to contact the hotel to find out these charges, no communication from them before charging me. I would not return

They are under huge construction, the lobby is completely closed and there is tarp and wood and construction visuals everywhere. The room was the only saving grace truly. I hope to return in the future once they have finished their renovations to give it another chance. It didn’t give luxury. And I feel like the price is definitely up there

Absolutely love this hotel. It’s beautiful and affordable. I would have to say this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. We will definitely be back. Staff was very nice and accommodating. They are doing construction and I got confused on how to get to the parking garage but the front desk helped me. lol and we got a good laugh about it together. Beautiful views as well.

They are under a major renovation!!

They are under a major renovation and you could hear the construction all day from 8-5pm. When I checked in, none of elevators were working but a kind front staff helped me to navigate back of the kitchen staff area to find the entrance to their temporary lobby. Their staffs are quite good though.. they did give me credits for breakfast.. I would stay again when they are finished with their renovation..

I love the view to the space needle, you can walk at night in the city, clean, what I don’t like is that the hotel have no smart tv and you are paying a lot of money for just one night so smart tv would be perfect

I wish we would have know that they were under renovation. The room was absolutely gorgeous but what we were looking forward to with the "mingle wine time" had the wrong time sent out so we couldn't go to it due to another reservation. The restaurant and bar was not what we had experienced the past few times we stayed here. We are looking forward to returning once they are finished with the remodel. It looks like it will be beautiful once it's completed. The staff was very good to us as well.

The staff at this hotel were friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable throughout my stay. The rooms were also clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant place to relax. However, I found the hotel to be expensive. The breakfast itself was overpriced and lacked variety, with limited options and subpar quality. It seemed as though the hotel might be undergoing some renovations or construction, which could explain some of the shortcomings. Hopefully, these improvements will address some of the issues, such as the breakfast quality and potentially lower prices. Despite the drawbacks, I would consider staying at this hotel again, primarily due to the friendly staff and comfortable accommodations.

Beware - there's a 65 dollar fee for parking. Its a vallet. The surpise of the price sucked but it's understable if you compare local parking prices. Example: I believe we paid 30 somewhere by pikes market for 3 hours. Rooms were great: clean and very comfortable. The downfall was the construction taking place - took away from great amenities and elevators took awhile. Until those amenities are available after the construction - customers should get an automatic upgrade or discounts.
