They were very unprepared for the influx in bookings. Rooms were not ready at the stated check-in time, which caused us to be late to our event. Note- they didn't having problems planning the the multiple events this last weekend by jacking the room prices due to summer and peak season, but preparing staff wise they did badly. When looking for some compensation for being later to our event we were offered snacks.

They made our room amazing for the night of our engagement with heart shaped balloons , rose petals, and free champagne and it was beautiful! Definitely made our night special! The staff were kind and accommodating, and helped us in anyway we needed! Definitely will be back!!

For the price I was hoping for a better overall experience. Check in was terrible. The lobby was extremely crowded and the line was a mile long. When I got to the desk (finally) the staff person was very friendly and quick but told me the room wouldn’t be ready for another 45 minutes to an hour. This was at 4:50, check in was at 4. Ordinarily it wouldn’t have been an issue but we were attending an event and needed to get ready. Then they advised I would need to stand in line again once I got notified our room was ready to get the keys. Other than the chaotic check in experience, the rest of the stay was nice. The food at the Italian restaurant was great, very nice staff and the rooms were nice and clean. Self parking in the garage can be limited at peak times. We were lucky to get one of the last few spots.

It took 1 hour to do the checkin because of a long line of customers being served by only 5 employees. I finely was able to complete the checkin at 5 pm and the room was not ready. Had to wait for 1/2 hour. Very disappointed!
