Excellent property with modern rooms in a great central location. Near public transportation and a very walkable neighborhood. Front desk associates were friendly and attentive, the property was clean, and it felt safe. The only downsides were the water pressure and temperature in the shower, as they fluctuated while in use (one second you have good pressure and warm water, the next second there's barely are water and it is lukewarm at best). The iron that was in my room also did not work properly, as it never warmed up and was unusable. The bathroom was equiped with a bidet too!

This hotel has a great snack bar area in the lobby with ice cream, chips, drinks, yogurt etc that you can buy from. The rooms are clean and modern but we were dissapointed with the old TVs. We were looking forward to using Netflix or even screen sharing from our phone but the TVs were dated and unable to use this feature. Having a restaurant inside the hotel next to the lobby was convenient, no need to walk outside. The elevators are slow and super busy.

Good location and dog friendly!

This hotel was great. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable and it was a great location to downtown Seattle with only a few blocks of walkable distance between the hotel and Pike Place. The people were incredibly friendly who worked at the front desk and helpful. We loved being able to come here with our dogs, so it was really nice that it was a dog friendly hotel. The Parkade is an interesting situation where the hotel is not connected to the elevator in the Parkade so you actually have to switch elevators to go from the Parkade to your room by walking through the lobby. Minor but an inconvenience. Would definitely stay here again though!

The rooms themselves were fine but it was kinda in a sketchy area downtown and the parking was tight. Once we were in our room it was ok, just noisier than I'm used to.

Great food options. Walking distance to Pikes Market Place was short. Lots of options near by as well. Price was affordable. Rooms and bed were great. Definitely would stay here again.

Everything was excellent - great view of the city skyline, friendly and helpful staff, and the clean and comfortable room. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 were the broken elevator and the climb through a view questionable

Highly recommend

Our stay here was amazing. The hotel was clean and had everything we could have needed. The bidet was a surprising and nice touch. The staff were very accommodating. It was in a great location with lots near by including rental cars and public transportation. We had a great view of the city. I couldn’t recommend more.
