Location is awesome. The bed was super comfy, linens were fresh and the apartment was clean & functional. Really cool city and ‘sound views. Host was great at staying in touch regarding this & that and our greeter was super nice & prompt; you’ll need to meet someone for a quick orientation and initial access, but don’t let that dissuade you. Clean, comfy, convenient and the full kitchen allowed us to make a really nice Thanksgiving dinner with ingredients sourced from nearby Pike’s Market. Picture perfect. Highly recommend. Would absolutely book again. Kudos, Vince & co.

Cafe next door is amazing and location is really close to a lot of great shops, restaurants. The surrounding area is very loud and vibrant with nightlife towards the weekend and cars that want to race the streets every other night. The owner graciously provided earplugs. The unit does only have the 1 portable AC unit, in the bedroom, which was difficult working from the living room on the warmer days. Perhaps another fan or something in that room to help circulate the air. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay and the hosts were amazingly helpful and responsive.

The location was PERFECT! Most attractions were close & walkable. The owner & greeter were available even after a delayed flight. I would recommend transportation after dark though. I was approached by a random person, insisting that I owed him $200. Thankfully there was no physical altercation. Overall, Good location. Just stay aware of your surroundings.

We had a great stay! This place was perfectly located! So much good food and you can see the water from the balcony. It’s within walking distance to Pikes Place Market which makes it a great location to explore the city. They had extra blankets and pillows for the kids which I appreciated! It was a little tough explaining the recycling rules to the kids, and it was tough trying to keep the noise down considering it shares walls on both sides with the neighbors and I had some excitable teenagers with us! Other than that, it was a real gem and we made such great memories! Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to experience Seattle!

Perfect Location

This apartment is perfectly located among most of the city's hot vistor spots. Fifteen minute walk one way to Pike Place Market, the other way to the Space Needle and a Whole Foods market as well as near all kinds of public transit. Right out the front door is a great bakery/coffee shop, a fun pizza/sports bar, and the perfect convenience store with everything you could need..

Location location location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Belltown Perch. The location to many of the wonderful attractions that Seattle has to offer was easily walkable from the Belltown Perch and after a long day we slept well in the comfortable bed.

Great Location

Belltown is a great location for easy walking access to all the things Seattle has to offer. Cafe just below the condo and restaurants within blocks. I would definitely stay here again. Host were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great place to stay within the city

If you're looking for a place that is equally close to all Seattle's sites this is a great place to stay. Space Needle, MO POP and Public Market were 0.4 miles away which is great for fast walking while seeing other sites of the city. The balcony has a nice view of the ocean and is great for people watching. There are so many local eateries it was hard to choose, but if your looking for a snack or quick breakfast visit Macrina's next door.

Great location for exploring and cruise departure

This property was conveniently located within walking distance of the waterfront, space needle, and other nearby amenities such as sculpture park. It was a short Uber ride away from the cruise terminals. The property manager was very responsive with questions and graciously accommodated us with a slightly later check out. Thank you!

Thanksgiving in the city

We’ve been traveling to Seattle to spend Thanksgiving with our adult children for years, always staying in Belltown Court. This is one of the nicer units we’ve stayed in! Great area, easy to get around, we walk almost everywhere. There is also a parking garage (free) which is an added perk in the city. The unit is nicely decorated with a comfortable king bed and everything you need to prepare meals in the kitchen. Owner checks in to assure your stay is going well. A great choice!

Perfect Location

First time to Seattle so you can't beat the location, the security and safety, restful place. We would watch the cruise ships each day, walk to Pikes Place, the Space Needle, bakery, dinners, etc. All accessible.

Great location

Great location and everything you need for staying in downtown Seattle. The building has an HOA so you have to be checked in and given a tour as well as an overview of the rules. Lots of rules and signs everywhere that you will be fined if you break the rules.

Great location!

This place is in an excellent location. It’s within walking distance to all the touristy sights and museums. Minus 2 nights of noise from the nightclub across the street, it was surprisingly quiet. We rarely heard the neighbor’s. For central city location, this was better than I expected. Communication was a breeze and super efficient. Vince checked in to make sure everything was going okay. The condo itself looks exactly like the listing. It was well stocked with toiletries and paper products. There was even earplugs if it was too noisy. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone, but especially to first time visitors of the area. Oh and the view off the balcony was fabulous!

Location Location Location

The property is super convenient and walkable to all “tourist” locations and shopping/bars/any type of food you are looking for. The bed was fabulously comfortable, the building has a pool/gym, and the included streaming services were on point. Communication with the property owner was great with prompt responses. I appreciated the knowledge of the person that I met on the property, but know that you can ask for a shortened version if you aren’t interested in additional tips and tricks about the city after a long day of travel, though his suggestions did end up being on point. Overall I had a FABULOUS experience and will highly recommend!

Nice getaway

This was an easy destination. The building was secure but friendly. The kitchen was well appointed but not cluttered. Everything was within walking distance, but we’d have to stay years to do all the interesting things. We’ll be back.

Perfect location!

Belltown Perch is the perfect place to stay while exploring Seattle. It's about 20 minutes walk to Pike Place Market, the waterfront and the Space Needle. Belltown is a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and a corner market just steps away. The condo is as pictured. Very spacious and clean. Plenty of hot water in the shower, lots of fluffy towels. In the kitchen there is a good drip coffee maker and lots of glassware, dishes and silverware. The check-in process is a bit different from other rentals in the US as there is a greeter to give you all the "dos" and don'ts". This is a requirement of the HOA. Don't be put off by this as it is very quick and the greeter does a great job. The building is extremely secure. The communication with the owner and the greeter was excellent. We had a brief hiccup with the WIFI, but the owner responded timely to give us an alternate network to use. A couple of things to note. The television is streaming only. No local channels are available. We used our mobile devices and connect to our home cable networks. Also there is no central air conditioning. This was not a problem for us as we were there in the fall, but suspect during a heat wave in the summer it would be uncomfortable. There is a portable AC unit in the bedroom. All in all I recommend Belltown Perch for your Seattle visit.
