On the evening we checked in the front desk clerk, Frankie, greeted us with a warm welcome and friendly smile. He introduced himself, checked us in, and explained everything we needed to know. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Had stayed here a few years back when it was newer and was impressed with the cleanliness and value. This time found it to be a little worn looking, and quite noisy as walls are very thin. Was charged $50 for my dog which was previously a much more reasonable $25- was told they raised it a few months ago but apparently nobody told Expedia. What was a good value before now not so much.

Great Stay

Frankie who worked the front desk from afternoon to midnight was amazing. My wife and I booked our trip specifically to see a series of concerts over the weekend and somehow EVERY SINGLE ONE got canceled. Frankie spent time recommending things to do and places to eat since our original plans got changed. We didn't use many of the hotel amenities, but everything was clean and comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was a tad weak but not unusable by any means

Staff were amazing, everyone at the front desk deserve a raise- they care! Room was great, but ours (Room 313) needs a ceiling repair from some light water damage which seemed to have popped up recently from the floor above. Hopefully that can be fixed, but all else was great! Highly recommend the stay here!

Good for a low-cost hotel. Always ask for a room facing back. Mine was in the front and was a little noisy. Didn’t get to try the breakfast as I left before they started the service. Was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was reasonably friendly. Coffee was good. Did not try the pool or the gym.

The lady that checked me in was so sweet and very helpful but when I checked out the hostess was on the phone never spoke truly ignoring that I was at the counter then turn around went behind the cubbyhole never asking did I need help or anything… oh I almost forgot the fire alarm was going off around 8 am scaring the life out me with no staff directing on what to do… total chaos
