I could tell the hotel was short staffed. I felt bad for the tired people in line - and the young woman at front desk at night was patient and pleasant. It's more about the sign of the times and I think we all need to be patient and understanding.

Literally drove 8 hours, had two rooms booked and paid for only to get there and have them tell us they overbooked and had no rooms available. 4 kids and 5 adults stranded with nowhere to go! Checked 60 other hotels along 95 and all sold out. Had to drive until 4am until we found another place to stay! Called the hotel main office and told they couldn't and wouldn't be doing anything as it wasn't their fault they over booked. Haha worst customer service!

This hotel is an amazing value and very family friendly! All of the staff was very welcoming and friendly which made the entire stay very enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend doing so yourself!

This is a good quality hotel. The staff and breakfast service were fine. The room was clean, but was starting to show its age - bathroom switchplate was cracked, a small spot of mold was seen in the shower, and the built-in hair dryer has a bad connection. Another hair dryer was on the shelf and worked fine; as if a prior guest had reported an issue with the built-in unit, but it was not actually corrected,

Breakfast was great for a chain hotel. They had someone making fresh omelets and eggs. Great idea for a small cost.

Very new, clean and very appealing hotel in close proximity to Richmond, Virginia. The free breakfast is very satisfactory. Plenty of restaurants in adjacent properties. Easy access via Interstate 295/95/64. All in all well worth the stay.

Great service, room clean, and room comfortable. I would stay here again and would recommend to friends.

Stay was good but did not like the pull out couch---uncomfortable! Staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and AVAILABLE. Next time we will try to get to real beds!
