Very nice hotel! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was spotless, breakfast had nice selection and room was large and comfortable. It was close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.
This is the worst hotel I ever stayed at. Everything was broken and dirty. The was no cold water in the shower, so you get scoldest.
I LOVED the professionalism of the staff. They were super friendly and responsive, very customer service oriented which is EXTREMELY RARE these days. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed. I don't love a pet friendly hotel, but there seemed to be no issues with any of the pets. My only recommendation would be for the breakfast to be open earlier on the weekend and for more of a variety during the week (scrambled eggs, waffles, French toast).

This property is located in a very walkable area. Lots of restaurant options plus two upscale grocery stores within a very short walk of the hotel. Very cute industrial chic decor. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.
My stay was for three days. I asked after the first night that the toilet flapper be fixed as it was leaking and re-filling all night long and it kept me awake. Made the same request after the second night and again after the third. Nothing was done. So much for getting a good nights sleep at this hotel.
Convenient to I-95. Overall satisfactory but sofa was stained and there were no blankets on bed, possibly due to Covid but more like 2 sheets.
