Rooms were ok but not super clean. Was bummed the pool and hot tub were closed as this was a big reason we booked this hotel. I understand it is hard to notify guests of things like this but we would have known a day early we would have booked somewhere else. Our friends room was not as clean as ours so that added to the 3 star review
The check in was horrible charged 130 for incidentals; rude; room 205 moldy Smokey paid for king didn’t get it furniture nasty couldn’t sleep there unsanitary

Very nice hotel! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was spotless, breakfast had nice selection and room was large and comfortable. It was close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.
This is the worst hotel I ever stayed at. Everything was broken and dirty. The was no cold water in the shower, so you get scoldest.
I LOVED the professionalism of the staff. They were super friendly and responsive, very customer service oriented which is EXTREMELY RARE these days. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed. I don't love a pet friendly hotel, but there seemed to be no issues with any of the pets. My only recommendation would be for the breakfast to be open earlier on the weekend and for more of a variety during the week (scrambled eggs, waffles, French toast).
