Bed was 10 comfortable. There were ants in room and bathroom. Glad I brought my Clorox wipes and Lysol spray.
Many of the cleaning staff were not wearing masks (I was told by one that he was fully vaccinated- a person can still get and pass covid even vaccinated). One of the cleaning staff pushed into the elevator- with no mask- and a full bin of dirty linens. The elevator stopped working at one point- we had to walk up and down to the 6th floor. They ran out of breakfast foods by 9:30am.
The staff were particularly friendly, which I greatly appreciated. The breakfast was just grab and go (fruit/bars, etc.) due to COVID, but otherwise, we enjoyed everything about the stay.
The Gardens were beautiful and adjacent to a lovely outdoor mall with a fine dining Honos Restarant, a deli, restaurants,hair salon etc. Great for a morning or afternoon walk.
Outdated, cold water, pool closed........ The location is good.
Nice area, pretty good price. My tub was not as clean as I would have liked it.
The staff was friendly. The property was clean and well kept. I also rented a car and didn’t think to inquire about parking fee. Luckily this hotel didn’t have any. I will be returning to this hotel. Also everything you needed was in range as far as location wise
Nice place..great desk staff drove experience. Attentive and service oriented! Room was ok though tired.. clean and comfortable.
I really didn't like the fact that Orbit ensured me of specific amenities for this facility, and when it was discovered that this facility did NOT have them as promised, ORBITZ did NOT compensate me properly ! Additionally it took me 2 extra hours to get in my room, beyond the time given, because the person at the desk could NOT cut the room key. Unbelievable !
