this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There were cockroaches in our room. There was a hairball underneath the bed. The hallway smelled like weed, and the ceiling was falling down. We felt unclean and slightly unsafe the whole time we were staying at the property when I told the front desk that there were bugs in our rooms, she said I’ll take note of that strongly. Recommend against staying here.

When we first arrived there were no sheets on the bed as well as a dead bug in the room. It had not been cleaned. Had to go to the front desk and gave my room changed and they gave me problems with that.

The lady at the desk in the evening was great! The one in the morning not so much, I interrupted her scrolling. The rooms are in poor condition, the mini fridge did not work, the microwave did not work, when plugging in items the outlets the plugs were loose, the curved shower curtain rod was broke. And hanging down so that the shower curtain would not stay closed. The toilet paper dispenser was rusted and falling out the wall. The vent in the bathroom allowed you to hear what was going on in the next room and vice versa. The room was supposed to be handicap accessible and while there were hand rails there was a tub instead of what was pictured in the photos that had a high side you had to step over only to find the bottom was several inches higher that the floor. Would not stay again

I’ll need some grades in the rooms stuff need to replace all not friendly they don’t greet customers basically they don’t care never seen a hotel with stuff that they don’t say good morning good evening hello nothing just busy with their phones even the manager, not paying attention to the client I have to wait for the check-in over an hour for one person to help me when she’s busy adjusting scheduled for her stuff. She didn’t care.

The front desk was extremely courteous, however the conditions were out of his control. Roaches were everywhere unfortunately. The pool was open and the place seemed clean but the roaches were terrible.

The only good thing we can say about our stay was the beds were clean. Elevator was broken, first floor was flooded, bathroom was dirty, sink leaked, keys kinda worked. It was a mess and we'll never go back again.

The hotel is very neglected. We where switched to four room because the doors would not lock and one of the room the door had been broken into. There were roaches in the bathroom alive and dead. First and last time staying at a Comfort Suites.

Upon entering our room I found a broken toilet that had been attempted to be repaired with tape, a broken floor lamp, and a very badly stained L shape couch. Honestly, the couch appeared to host a Diddy party recently it was stained so badly. Had to kill a couple roaches, and this supposedly 100% nonsmoking hotel had very active marijuana smokers inside. Apparently this hotel caters to the construction crew as the inner lobby and staircase we used was constantly covered in mud. Also, it was quite a noisy place late at night which made sleeping a little challenging.

No one was at the front desk when we arrived to check in, the gentlemen that finally did come looked as if he had been running around the hotel doing other task. I did not see any other staff anywhere, the hotel was extremely dirty and unkempt, trash piled up in the rooms with the ice machines. No housekeeping at all during our stay. Broken glass in the elevators. Our room had a half a roll of toilet paper with no extra provided. The closet door knob was broken, the bathroom inob was missing, the bathroom shower was disgusting with hair left behind and a broken drain plug just laying in the tub. The light cover on the bathroom was missing with the bulbs exposed. The walls were drawn on, the tv remote had dirt and grin all over it. The phone in the room was missing the cord and not plugged in so unable to be used. The walls and head board were stained. The comforter was stained. Extremely disgusting and disappointing.

I didn’t get the room I originally booked. I booked one king suite, but was put in a double bed room. Also I get into the room, and there are no towels, washcloths, or hand towels, & I killed four roaches. Checked in around 730 ended up leaving around 11. Also there was no remote to the tv, so you couldn’t watch tv at all smh. Horrible experience!!
