Somewhat hidden hotel, reasonably well maintained. Good sized room with nice amenities. Good working elevator. Nonsmoking room had slight smoke odor. Bath clean but dated and well worn . Good wifi and tv, but limited channels. Good breakfast and 24 hour coffee. Still seems slightly over valued.

Very helpful staff, great breakfast help me with my booking

Very good staff and relax environment. I would recommend this area to anyone looking for a local spot.

it is a clean hotel at a great location...breakfast has sufficient variety as well...

NOT FANCY BUT IT IS NOT A LUXURY LEVEL HOTEL. Breakfast was simple , self serve from 6:30 - 9:30

Nice rooms and common areas for the price. Front desk was mostly unoccupied when we needed something which is my only complaint l.

Friendly front desk Breakfast was good Beds were comfortable

The room we had was really big! Staff was really nice at check in. At check out there wasn't anyone at the desk, but there was a place to put the keys - which I thought was convienent! I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was quiet and clean. We had a bit of trouble figuring out the TV channels, there weren't many choices in the remote gave us fits. Check out the next morning was kind of odd. There was a note on the counter saying she had to step away from the desk. There was a jar on the counter labeled leave your room keys here. I waited for a few minutes and went looking trying to find someone, but could not. I just thought it was kind of odd. Never had to leave my keys in a jar. I don't know if that standard practice for this hotel, or just someone's personal Idea.

Good overnight stay. Nice location close to I95. Comfortable beds.

They don't even have eggs for breakfast .Printer does not work

Room was clean, mattress was new, bedding clean, bathroom was clean, pillows were flat and needed updating.. Only one towel in bathroom, called front desk, requested more towels. I was told to "come get them myself", as housekeeping was not there! Concerning the pillow situation, I went to the near Walmart and bought two pillows. I would like to say that the hotel does a good job with their breakfast . Area was clean and well stocked. The young man that was working the breakfast area did a great job.

The commendation was easy and quick. The staffing individuals were very friendly. The room was clean . The only thing the loudness of others after midnight in other rooms. And smoking in elevators and hallways of the hotel. The neighborhood wasn't very nice bad location.

GREAT location need some sound proofing . Had some hair in bed other than that great stop for leisure business or family. Central location to interstate

Hotel was very nice and concerns were addressed and would stay there again.

The only thing that we had to get were the towels and the wash cloths that were not in the room when we arrived. Everything was great.

This is the first hotel I've ever been to that advertises having a full kitchen yet they don't have any utensils or any plates, or any pots or pans. Was I supposed to bring my own pots and pans and silverware? And I guess my own dish soap to and there was none. I paid extra have a full kitchen, only to wind up keep paying extra to eat out every day because when they said full kitchen, it was false advertising. Other than feeling like I pay too much because I didn't get to use the kitchen, the hotel is nice and the staff was nice as well. It is however pet friendly and we did have to hear the occasional dog barking from time to time.

Close to the softball complex in Glen Allen. Great hot breakfast to start the day and very comfortable and quiet rooms.

I stayed here for one night during a two-day conference. It was near the conference location, pretty easy to find, and a comfortable hotel overall.

My husband and I took a trip to Richmond for a doctors appointment on Friday morning and decided to make a weekend out if it. The hotel was clean, the room was cozy and the breakfast was top notch! The equipment in the fitness room could use an upgrade :)
