Good so far

Jul 23, 2018

KLM was an excellent service provider. As our outbound flight was with Air France, there was a substantial difference between the level of service on Air France and that of KLM. The KLM flight was far better, the staff was much more professional and courteous and when you are traveling with an infant, that is very important. I will try to use KLM exclusively from here on out.

Jul 15, 2018

It wasn't really a Delta flight but KLM---KLM is outstanding for service and friendliness.

I am now a big fan of KLM I had 4 children with me and they were so helpful and it was such a great experience.
