We were really impressed with the food and service on KLM. The food was actually very very good. We also decided that Holland should be added to our list of places to visit. Thanks KLM!

Oct 26, 2019

They let us cut lines because we had a baby and we got put in a seat close to the entrance of the plane which was great!

Jul 29, 2019

KLM was great awesome service !!

Jun 17, 2019

The carpet was wet and one female attendant was a bit rude to a woman whose children had socks without shoes. Also both of my flights were delayed by an hour.

Feb 1, 2019

F light delay and luggage didn't arrive.

Dec 18, 2018

I expected zone 1 boarding because I used my gold card - I got zone 5 !! Was told by my card carrier I would get zone 1 .

Nov 13, 2018

Wish there was more leg room

I am a wheelchair passenger and I got very good service that I needed. KLM and Delta are among the more disabled-friendly airlines in the industry. I feel in good hands I fly with them. Kudos to you and your wonderful staff. Your other partner, Air France should adopt your standards with travelers with disabilities. Air France has lousy way with passengers with disabilities I fear fling with them. They left my power wheelchair in Zurich when I flew with them (Zurich to Frankfurt) in May this year. Very bad service with Air France.
