Overall, the stay was nice, but there was definitely some room for improvement. Staff was very nice. We were in a room with two "queens" and small pullout couch. The room was very spacious with a door separating the bedroom from the sitting area. 2 TVs. Beds were comfortable, but seemed small. I could be wrong, but they seemed smaller than my standard queen at home. The sitting room and bedroom were in good condition and I was pleased I could close the curtains all the way without a gap in the middle. My only complaint was that the thermostat would turn the fan back to auto randomly when I had set it to on. Plus, there were no vents or temp control for the sitting room, so there was no airflow there. The bathroom could have used some fixing up. Some of the faux wood veneer was missing from the shelves under the sink, there was rust colored discoloration on the caulk in the shower, the non slip parts of the bathtub floor were dingy, and there had obviously been water damage on the wall next to the tub because the paint had bubbled and dried and was all flaking off. The coffee maker in the room also didn't work and the bathmat had some black marks on it. Breakfast was decent. They had a waffle maker, sausage, and the scrambled eggs (liquid eggs). There was also yogurt, oatmeal, fruit, cereal (the raisin bran did taste weird), and plenty of carb options (the cinnamon apple muffins were not good). I would stay again, but would hope the other bathrooms were in better condition.

Nice place to rest for our coaster trip!

Spacious suite. The only thing I wish it had, that it didnt, was a sink in the kitchenette area. Showers have shampoo & conditioner squeeze bottle in them, but when we arrived the shampoo was nearly empty, so I had to ask them to put a new bottle in. Breakfast had waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, cereal, bagels/muffins and packets to make oatmeal, along w various drinks.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast seating was tight but the food was good and replenished quickly. Beds were comfortable. The pool area was nice, hot tub was closed for repair. While the room and building were clean, it is in need of repair and updates. Mildew and what looked to be mold were in the corners of the bathroom, near the tub, and the bathroom door was warped due to moisture. There were only three sets of towels for the suite and one roll of toilet paper (hanging) that was half-gone. Lighting was quite dim in the "living room" area of the suite. Since the hotel is positioned right off of 95, the highway noise was noticeable for the light sleepers in our family. The parking lot is shared with an adjacent hotel. There were only a few spots open when we arrived later in the evening. Not sure what they would do if it was full. Overall, our stay was fine for one night and for the price. Not sure I would stay again.

Rude manager Patel and Disgusting

Ridiculously disgusting from the point of arrival throughout the stay. What was supposed to be a 10 day business/vacay easily was the worst stay of my life. Being a veteran ive stayed various places countries but this was outright nasty from the staff that were their the day i arrived to the filthyness of their most expensive spa bath suite. The moldy smelling hallway had a purifier going...smh. Never again even if every hotel in America was booked out.

The room size is very nice, spacious and comfortable. It was very convenient to our destination, Henrico Sports & Events Center. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. The eating area could have been a little more clean, tables weren’t wiped down between uses. Our room also had an empty drink bottle and bag of chips under the pull out couch. There were a lot of empty sunflower seeds around the room as well.
