This daylight basement area has a unique very large 1 bedroom which offers an opportunity for family sleepovers with 1 Queen size Bunk bed (sleeps 4) and 2 Twin beds (sleeps 2). It also has a kitchenette, washer/dryer, bathroom, family room with stadium seating to view the 70 inch TV and a pool table. 11 person hottub is available upon request.

It is located less than 2 miles from the Mount Timpanogus LDS Temple, Walmart, American Fork Canyon, Cedar Hills Golf Course, parks, trails for hiking, biking, etc and many other options for recreational activities.
