Poorly maintained, unclean floors, loud appliances

There was hair all over the bathroom, missing grout in the tile, poorly repaired shower surround, very old fixtures. The carpet had clearly not been vacuumed. Possibly the loudest mini fridge in existence, I had to unplug it, it was so loud. Parking was awful, there was a big storage container taking up half the parking lot. Had to park across the street several times. Thankfully it was cheap. I'd spend $20-$40 more a night and stay somewhere nicer.

It was unique like a throw back in time. They need to ditch the old whirlpool tub. I use a cane but I don’t require a handicap facility. The whirlpool tub was awkward even for kids. Really lack of hot water. Ice machine did not work. Sign said go upstairs and it didn’t work. Breakfast was a 3 star. We travelled with many grandchildren and the connecting rooms would have be great with the kids. My husband said he would stay because he thinks they are working to improve it.

The door did not lock expect for the child lock. Vents filters have bugs. Tub is stained. Faucet broken. I did like the heater in the bathroom. It was once a beautiful spacious property with a beautiful view but it has aged considerably.

Check in went great. Unfortunately my neighbors came back at midnight and fought screaming and slamming doors until 430 am. I got zero sleep. I didn't feel safe calling to complain but do have recording evidence to confirm disturbance. Also, there was pubic hair on floor in front of toilet and dried yellow soap on the side of tub. I did report issues upon check out. The agent could have cared less.

Kind staff, filthy hotel

The staff was kind and helpful, however the cleanliness of the room and the hotel overall was very poor. There were stains on the carpets throughout the entire hotel and in the room itself, the floor was wet, sticky, and stained. There was a large hand print on the ceiling above the bed, stains on the sheets and pillows, stains and foreign objects on the furniture, and the television appeared to be broken when we turned it on. The curtains were stained, there was dust everywhere, and the mirror in the restroom was dirty. We found someone's medication in a drawer in the desk. We would have stayed if their pool was open, but it was also closed to do a week long cleaning.
