Hampton Inn Provo

The toiletries, towels, and coffee/cups did not reflect the number of occupants. The beds were not as comfortable as Hampton Inn in Orem. One of the nights during our stay, they apparently had several sports teams of young ladies arrive late. The noise level was terrible and did not decrease until 1am the next morning. They also attempted to open the adjoining door at 1137 pm, when we addressed this with manager he said they would try and compensate for this inconvenience. That evening we returned to find the room not cleaned at all. No adjustment was ever made to address the lack normal standard. This Hampton Inn is not up to their normal standard at all, would not recommend staying here.

Another good Hampton. I've come to rely on them more and more.

The only thing we found wrong here was the shower felt like when you stepped on the floor that it would break by sound it made.

Very quite, parking was bad but we were there for a college graduation. Pool was a little small but good. Rooms were clean.

We were visiting kids in Provo. Hotel clean and comfortable. Staff friendly. Breakfasts were great.

Good value for the money (although Hilton doesn't give you Honors points if you book online thru "third party") and right off I15, average breakfast (good coffee), nice pool, comfy bed + pillows, room + bath nice, no complaints

Good location, convenient to mall & restaurants, friendly staff, great pool, adequate workout facility, clean rooms, above average comfortable beds, good TV cable line-up, good on-line rates

Bed was wonderful, pool was nice. The hotel was sold out but they weren't prepared for it when breakfast came around.

overall accommodations were good, but housekeeping staff needs an upgrade; we stayed two nights and after first night the bed was made but not much else was done; coffeemaker was not cleaned and old coffee and grounds were still in the machine the second day; used towels were taken away but not replaced, leaving us with one bath towel; carpet had not been swept and cracker crumbs were on floor; one wastepaper basket was not emptied; etc., etc.

We were visiting our daughter at a school nearby. The hotel was conveniently located which was why we chose it in the first place. However, we had a great experience. The staff were so nice and went above and beyond what they needed to do to make our stay confortable. The rooms were a nice size. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The towels large, thick and soft. The hotel had a nice smell. Sometimes we have stayed at hotels that were clean but smelled musty. This hotel did not. The breakfast offered in the morning had everything that our family needed. Overall, it was a good experience. Hampton Inns are doing a lot of things right for travellers.

The room was fine - nothing out of the ordinary. I guess I was expecting something outstanding but it was just your average mid-range motel and a bit pricey.
