Made reservations weeks ahead of time but at check in, they didn’t have a room available. The front desk human was rude and not helpful.
I like the variety of breakfast choices and the breakfast staff who were very friendly and courteous. I really like the cleanliness of the hotel: lobby, breakfast area, room. Front desk staff at check in was a little slammed due to about 4 people arriving at the same time. Since I was #4 it took a while to get to me. The elevator was not functioning though that was not a big deal for me since I don't mind using the stairs and wasn't weighed down with heavy luggage.
The room we were staying in was disappointing. I felt that the cost we paid for the room we were staying in was exorbitant. I can rent a whole townhome for the price we paid per night at this property. Their business center printer was out of toner, and they didn't have a replacement. The breakfast was adequate, but we felt it could have been better. All around a disappointing stay.
This hotel was located close to everything we needed.
Great Hampton quality. Unfortunately the firmest mattress I've ever tried to sleep on!
Horrible experience
The rooms are cleaner but the hallways and stairwells are dirty. I think a remodel is in order.
The elevators were out of service. My room was on the third floor. The manager did offer to carry my bags up the stairs. I carried them.
It was ckose to all the restraunts. Close to the mall. A very nice area. The only thing i didnt like was the cheap breakfast of a fruitbar and yogurt. I stayed at a jampton in in Mexico 2 weeks ago and they handed me a sack with eggs sausage buscuits orange juice. I paud $70.00 for that room. I paid $107.00 for this room.
The hotel was nice and clean, but there were other issues. They seem to have cut staffing to the point that only 1 person was working and that person is doing laundry or something behind the scenes. There was no staff present at the front desk at any point we passed through. The weather was hot and the AC in the rooms, hallways, etc was not in good working order. Also, i get that they can't do the same breakfast as usual but they are really weak with nasty prepackaged bars and cans of oj.
Great hotel for our one night stay. Everything was just what we expected from Hampton Inn.
