The fireplace didnt work, the ice maker didnt work. Had maintance come to fix the fireplace and they had to order a part which he said should have already been ordered so that was upsetting. We come up to park city every year and decided to try this place and was dissapointed. There were no dish rags or dish towels to use either

From the outside this place looks like a high end resort, but the inside rooms and amenities are just average. We asked to move rooms on the second night of our stay because we were given a room with only a Murphy bed which was not as expected. The Murphy bed was incredibly uncomfortable and when we asked for the change of room staff was reluctant to move us. We also checked in around 7:30 pm. The front desk was not staffed past 5pm which we were not told about ahead of time, we had to drive to another property to check in. Then we were given keys that weren’t active and we had to drive back to the other property to get new keys which just gave an initial bad impression. Nothing throughout our stay did anything to improve that. The nightly rate was reasonable which is the only reason we would possibly stay here again. Unimpressive.

The location is great and I’m sure this property was nice 15 years ago, but now it is dilapidated. Dirty coffee mugs in the room, soap dispensers don’t work, water fountains in workout room don’t work, nothing works in the Game Room and it’s dirty, old beer cans in the steam room, rust in the pools. Finally, the elevators were non-functional on our last day which made checking out a challenge hauling luggage down the stairwell. The staff didn’t seem to care about any of this.

The room was excellent and was what was expected. We had to check in late, which meant we had to go to another hotel to check in. That was fine, but when you’re trying to find the Silverado in the dark a map with some directions from the concierge would’ve been awesome to have. We drove around trying to figure out where the Silverado was and it was a little bit frustrating.
