Close to the lifts.

Great access to canyons resort. Staff very accommodating.

Great hospitaly! Room was very clean and big. Great location.

WiFi and the hot tub needed some maintenance but it was nice place with friendly staff.

The lodge staff were helpful & courteous. The lodge was clean and close to our destination Plenty of underground parking & secure.

good front office staff, feindly generally helpful didn't like that washing machine brokedown in our unit, very poor communication about the issue and no message that it was OK to use until I called and since it was our last night I decided to not use it in case it wasn't truly ready for use.

Location was good. Windows in one side could not be locked and we were on the ground floor. Maintenance solved it by putting a board between the windows so they could not be pushed.

I’ll be back soon, good place to unwind and relax!!

Rooms were very nice. Staff was helpful especially ski concierge. Amenities were disappointing. Not even a place to buy a water or coffee after coming back from skiing, let alone something to eat. Even a small shop to buy a bag of chips would have been welcome. Compared to other hotels in the area with similar rates this lack of amenities makes the difference for me making a return visit.

Check in was terrible. None of the rooms were ready and there was a line of people looking for a room. It was already a late check in -- 4:00 pm and at 4:30 several of us were lined up and there were no rooms available. Once we did get in we enjoyed our stay, but their check in process needs to be improved!

Check in was fine, our room was cozy but the heated pool needed to be more heated. Only one ice maker on the main floor, should least have one on every level.

Hotel provides no daily service no store for needs and no restaurants. Shuttle was available to transport to other properties to acquire these services.

The hotel is super comfortable but not convenient. There's no restaurant and no breakfast and you can't walk to slopes.

It's a nice hotel close to the Grand Summit hotel where the ski in and out area is. There's a free area shuttle take you to downtown

We had attended a one day conference in Park City but decided to stay the night and didn't have any reservation, found this place on Orbitz and did the online reservation. We didn't expect much from this last minute reservation but when we checked in and got to our room we were surprised and very pleased with our room. Very affordable and very nice, the only complaint we had is that our heat in our room would not work, we tried the thermostat and also the nice gas fireplace and neither would work so our room was a bit chilly. This is a mountain resort and it gets a little cold here in the fall. Overall experience was fantastic.

I was disappointed . No towel for the Hot Tub. Front desk didn't do anything about it. Their pool hours was 8:00 am to 10:00pm but the pool and hut tub was closed @ 8:30 in the morning. Asked for help, but according to the front desk, the pool operates with different company! How inconvenient that would be!!!!! No daily cleaning! No map for the hotel! Reserved 1 king bed but got double bed. Balcony was so dirty with leaking ceiling.
