Check in was terrible. None of the rooms were ready and there was a line of people looking for a room. It was already a late check in -- 4:00 pm and at 4:30 several of us were lined up and there were no rooms available. Once we did get in we enjoyed our stay, but their check in process needs to be improved!

Check in was fine, our room was cozy but the heated pool needed to be more heated. Only one ice maker on the main floor, should least have one on every level.

Hotel provides no daily service no store for needs and no restaurants. Shuttle was available to transport to other properties to acquire these services.

The hotel is super comfortable but not convenient. There's no restaurant and no breakfast and you can't walk to slopes.

It's a nice hotel close to the Grand Summit hotel where the ski in and out area is. There's a free area shuttle take you to downtown

We had attended a one day conference in Park City but decided to stay the night and didn't have any reservation, found this place on Orbitz and did the online reservation. We didn't expect much from this last minute reservation but when we checked in and got to our room we were surprised and very pleased with our room. Very affordable and very nice, the only complaint we had is that our heat in our room would not work, we tried the thermostat and also the nice gas fireplace and neither would work so our room was a bit chilly. This is a mountain resort and it gets a little cold here in the fall. Overall experience was fantastic.

I was disappointed . No towel for the Hot Tub. Front desk didn't do anything about it. Their pool hours was 8:00 am to 10:00pm but the pool and hut tub was closed @ 8:30 in the morning. Asked for help, but according to the front desk, the pool operates with different company! How inconvenient that would be!!!!! No daily cleaning! No map for the hotel! Reserved 1 king bed but got double bed. Balcony was so dirty with leaking ceiling.

Our beds were awesome. Our rooms were clean and very nice but next time ill ask to be away from the pool. It was pretty noisy till 11pm and then it started up again in the morning.

Nicely greeted. Very clean amenities. Very helpful.. No doubt, would stay again..

We stayed here for our 1st anniversary, and had to sleep on a full Murphy bed. To pull the bed out, we had to haul a very heavy coffee table out of the way. There were no extra blankets in the room, and when we called for one, they brought us a flimsy little thing. The staff was incredibly unfriendly and when we had questions about the daily resort fee they charged us, it was like pulling teeth to get an explanation. The place was in poor repair in the hallways and parking garage. Better to drive up from Salt Lake or Midway than to stay in that resort.

Great new clean updated hotel. The Murphy bed was amazing for comfort! Although the restaurants were close by, it would have been nice to have a restaurant or gift shop in the hotel.

Had such a great time staying at this resort. The front desk guys were great and super accommodating. Highly recommend!

I was greeted by a friendly clerk and quickly checked in. Josh answered all my questions about the area and was a great source of information about the hotel and the general area. My room was wonderful, a type of efficiency with a murphy bed, kitchen, comfortable couch and very well appointed bath. My stay was brief, only an overnight, but I will return.

This hotel was amazing. Their hotub, pool and sauna were great. The gym is completely lame with no equiptment. They need to fix that. All the employessa re great and will help you with everything. The room is amazing..

Had a nice time with my girls close to Main Street and dining... Room as very nice and staff was courteous

The experience at the hotel was fantastic! The room was beautiful and staff was great! It was perfect for the large number of guests that a regular hotel room would not accommodate! The lodge had the "getaway" feeling but was close enough to main street to have fun downtown. The shuttle service was great as well.

Good experience, great location, friendly staff.. Local Park City transit is free and picks up right in front of hotel.

It's a good quality and clean hotel for a ski trip. Nothing tremendously special about it, but it's in a good location. It was cheaper than the surrounding Canyons area hotels and that is the reason for my booking. It ended up having a little less in the way of amenities, but was worth saving money for.

Very Affordable and really nice. Very close vacinity to the canyons gondola. Shuttle rides into town. 2 Fireplaces in 1 bedroom Suit. Great Staff. Overall very nice stay.

The hotel was horrible we spent two nights without heat and it was freezing.
