The pros: This property looked beautiful. You walked in and are greeted by friendly staff. The pool table and games in the lobby were so much fun for all ages. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The swimming pool and hot tub were so much fun. Cons: We stayed for 3 nights and ended up leaving early because on day one we didn’t have any hot water, we called down to reception and were told the water heater had just been reset, and to wait a little bit for the hot water. No big deal, except the next morning we all took cold showers again (which would t be a big deal for me or my husband, however I had a 1 year old with me as well). Our room was never cleaned, we never got our bed made or wet towels picked up. I don’t expect a deep cleaning every day, however I thought we would at least have these things taken care of. Needless to say, we checked out a night early and went to a different hotel.
