The location of the property makes it a great place for anyone who is seeking spend time in Zion NP. It is also in the center of town and thus easy to walk to many shops and dining options. The bed was nice. That the good. The Bad: massive stain on the couch, all other furniture felt rickety, showerhead heeded replacing, noise from upstairs was extreme from people just walking around. So definitely ask for a 2nd floor room.

My only issue with this property is that the Expedia page mentions Breakfast Included, but the hotel only offered a grab and go, bagged breakfast...nothing hot and no choice, just a to-go bag for each guest.

Great Location, Comfortable Stay

Outstanding location just minutes from Zion! This is a no frills stay, but it's exactly what we wanted. We didn't plan on spending too much time in the hotel room. The to-go breakfast bag is perfect as we were trying to get to the park early on most days. The room was big and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
