The AC/Heat stream is pretty dusty and told them to clean but they never did. They forgot to tell us that they do not clean rooms every day but every other day. We only spent 2 nights so this schedule does not work with us. Should be smart enough to change the schedule for those who only stay 2 days.

Nice front desk staff. One of the reasons I picked this hotel was for the continental breakfast, however that area was closed (I missed why), so we got bags in the am w/a packaged bagel, cream cheese, packaged small muffin, yogurt and an apple. I suppose they had to go with non perishables, but a banana would have been nice.

The location of the property makes it a great place for anyone who is seeking spend time in Zion NP. It is also in the center of town and thus easy to walk to many shops and dining options. The bed was nice. That the good. The Bad: massive stain on the couch, all other furniture felt rickety, showerhead heeded replacing, noise from upstairs was extreme from people just walking around. So definitely ask for a 2nd floor room.

Coffee and tea was available in the lobby so I thought to get some in the morning before we left, but the door was locked with the sign stating they don't open until 9:00! We left early, so I was unable to get creamer for my tea. They should have a door that opens with a room key. The free breakfast was not a continental or warm breakfast but a paper sack filled with an apple, muffin, bagel, cream cheese, and yogurt
