Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was-ok. Hotel is very worn down. Water damage everywhere. Tape on the carpet in the hallways holding it down. I called before I reserved and asked if the hot tubs and pool were open. Was told only the outside hot tub was out of order. Both hot tubs were out of order. Pool was PACKED. Not a very enjoyable experience tbh.

It was such a long line it took an hour and a Half to check in. Everything else was good with the exception of availability of the Lounge and restaurant was close our entire stay

The room was clean and comfortable and the amenities were very nice. We spent some time in the hot tub and pool and enjoyed a walk around the property. The staff were exceptional. I became very ill the night before we had to leave and they were all very kind and helpful. They extended our stay which allowed me to rest and heal. I would come back again.
