Very good location for Bryce Canyon. Friendly, helpful staff. Goos breakfast.

The room was clean and had a refrigerator and microwave. It is nothing fancy but a convenient place to stay.

Great location for seeing surrounding canyons, numerous dining options.

Front desk girl was fast, friendly, and thorough. Our ground-floor room was as expected with a working A/C, large TV, fridge, and microwave. Fridge could have been colder but the motel could not have been more convenient to accessing Bryce by shuttle, car, or bicycle. The breakfast may be considered abysmal by some but it got us through to lunch time. I would stay there again.

The breakfast buffet was only bread, toast, muffin, yogurt cup, cereal milk. No juice or anything hot.

So far so good

It was very old, very dirty and in disrepair. Wouldn’t recommend

Property was nice and close to the park but there are only 2 ice machines for 4 buildings and neither worked.

Great place awesome staff

Didn't like that we had a room initially with no microwave & refrigerator. Really liked how they accommodated us for the rest of our stay, by moving us to another room that did have a microwave & refrigerator.

Place was loud, dirty great for lower class people who normally camp in a tent

Is a good no frills but clean and acceptable lower cost option for staying just outside the park. You have to walk to the property across the street for included breakfast which was fine w us. We stopped on the way into park and took their bag option and coffee due to COVID.

Everything was right there at your fingertips! Ruby’s inn is an exceptional resort! Dinner and a show, ATV tours, carriage rides, trails rides and it is all located at the entrance to Bryce Canyon National Park.

Decent location, quiet, dining options in town are very limited, but to no fault of the Lodge; Rooms are dated, but clean

The bottom of the bathroom wall was broken and falling apart. The sink facet was also falling apart. We informed front desk twice, and they said they've called maintenance. Maintenance never showed. We stayed only one night. Location was convenient for visiting Bryce Canyon National Park.

Very good stay and happy with breakfast

Great value
