Big room. Nice people. Felt somewhat separate. Really nice!

We waited 2h for hot water come out in the shower room.

We had our own family unit which was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable! The wifi worked well, which was important to the kids! I loved that there was an on-site restaurant with live music but we were at Bryce Canyon so late we didn't get to try it out. The owners/employees were very friendly!

Coffee in room would have been awesome. Cramped room but good/clean otherwise.

Very little light in room, broken pavement, no plugs in bathroom, scratchy towels, free breakfast not til 7 am too late for horse riding in Canyon. Office not open in am for ice either.

Pioneer Village was very nice, the room was clean & comfortable..We enjoyed the music as we ate dinner at showdown..everyone was very friendly..my only complaint would be I'd like better pillows,...I would stay here again if I was in the area.

My family stayed at Pioneer Village this past week. It is a very quaint hotel/motel. It is very convenient to Bryce Canyon. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were a little small for 4 people, clean, but older. The pool and hot tub were a nice also. The restaurant on site had good food and entertainment each night we stayed. It was very quaint set up overall.

Staff was nice and helpful. Restaurant on property was casual and had good food. Rooms were very small. No mirrors outside of bathroom was a problem for getting ready. Campground on property looked like a better idea than renting a room.

Great location close to Bryce Canyon with friendly staff.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for the weekend while visiting Bryce Canyon National Park, only a 10-15 minute drive from hotel to Bryce Canyon. Room was small but nothing uncomfortable, enough room for a TV mounted on the wall, large desk, mini fridge and microwave, two desk chairs, full size bed. Bathroom has a small shower with no tub (pressure and temperature were great though!), toilet, sink, good size mirror, and large walk in closet. Plenty of parking, right outside our hotel room. Walls are a bit thin but what hotel doesn't have thin walls. Heat worked fine. Free breakfast was basic continental in the hotel "lobby" (front desk and gift shop), only a few tables so get there early! (or just take the food back to your room like we did) Wi-fi worked great with no problems. Only 4 stars because the sheets on the bed were not fitted, every morning the sheet had been pulled off and there were a few cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. Overall a great stay though. Would definitely stay there again.

If you don't like rustic don't stay here. Very basic and rustic was fine for one night.

It is a no frills room, but was clean with all the necessities. It was in good location and great price. Liked the restaurant on premises and had free continental breakfast. Staff very friendly. I would recommend.

NICE LOCATION TO BRYCE CANYON. BUT STAFF IS NOT WELCOMING

Quiet space. Nice breakfast. Hot tub was great after long day of travel and hiking. Staff was friendly and helpful.
