Hotel is old and hasn't been kept up. Walls are thin...could hear the people next door talking.
not the most popular hotel in the area, but very quiet and no need to worry about crowed parking.
Lounge was cute and updated, but room was very small and the floor was noisy to walk on. Beds and shower and closet space were nice however. Great for the amount spent.n We really just needed a place to sleep
The location is great from the National Park. The hotel was very clean, and staff there in the restaurant were friendly and helpful.
I will be requesting a refund. Upon arrival the manager was rude and insisted for 15 minutes that I I needed to pay for my room when I showed him proof that I had paid months before. The property was terrible and we were actually afraid to even stay there. I returned my keys and advised the manager we were not staying there. You would be wise to either remove them from your service or put up actual reviews. Your post states clearly that they have a pool and hot tub. They have neither.
We didn't get to stay. The non smoking room had been smoked in, unbeknownst by the staff. They tried to get a different room but they were all booked up. (Smoke makes me really sick. ) The place was nice, clean, and a restaurant is on the property. So sad someone smoked in their room. Staff was awesome and helpful.
Easy to find and good distance to Bryce Canyon National Park.
Room too small . Beds uncomfortable. Heater too loud to keep on at night.
I got bedbugs from staying at this hotel. Really all you need to know, expensive pain in the ass to fix, stay far, far away from here.
This was a very good location to Bryce Canyon. I do not understand other reviewers who expect everything to be a 5 star hotel and base their reviews on that. The room was small but clean and a third the price of most others in the area. It was a great budget night for us where all we wanted to do was sleep there. The gal who checked us in was quick and efficient but both she and the fellow running the market did not know if the on site restaurant served beer and wine (they do) and as my husband was in dire need of a beer they missed customers for dinner. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Rooms do not have coffee but they will give you generous cup at restaurant for free if you just want to get on the road. Another FYI they may want to clear up on Orbitz::it says they will charge a $20 resort fee at the motel (which seemed a little silly as resort is stretching a bit but was still a bargain if we had to pay it ). They did NOT charge us any extra fees other than what we paid on Orbitz.
Small quaint motel. Small rooms But we got there at 11 pm and were out by 9 am so served it’s sleeping purpose. No front desk person after 10 pm so room keys were left in office table... good thing I called ahead about late check in.
