We arrived early in the day at the hotel, having driven from Salt Lake City. We were told at the hotel the earliest we could be checked in was 1:00 pm. Which was fine, we came back after 1:00 pm and were told we couldn't check in before 3:30 pm. We came back again at 3:30 pm and staff checked us in, but would not let us go to our room until 4:00 pm. I honestly would have been fine if they had just told us 4:00 pm from the start. However I felt it was highly disrespectful that staff kept moving the time. We were traveling all day and it was very inconvenient to be waiting around all that time for our room. Also the food at the hotel was awful. Veggies were basically raw. The eggs they had for breakfast buffet were probably the worst quality I've ever had from a hotel breakfast. My suggestion for this hotel is work harder on accommodating your guests and be considerate of their needs.

Very convenient for Bryce Canyon Park with free shuttle at front door. Park your car and forget about driving. Restaurant could be open till 10 pm as they are the only place to eat.

Property with western design which was nice, however not accommodating to our earlier arrival at 1:00. We were checked out before 9am, so it would seem with the amount of rooms there, they could have found an empty room for us. Our tour was from 4 - 8, and the line at the desk then was long. And our choice for dinner was limited to the restaurant there( which was terrible. My husbands brisket sandwich was inedible ( the meat was extremely dry and by 9:00pm, I lost my appetite for the overly breaded coconut shrimp. The only thing that was half way decent was the salad bar we could have had; the waitress directed us around the corner and the small salad bar there consisted of mixed greens, mandarin oranges, olives, peppers and add ons. I thought it strange there were no basics (tomatoes & cucumbers). On the way out, we noticed a larger salad bar with these items & more. This has soured my taste for Best Western (although it may be just this location). The gift shop and rest rooms and western picture taking options were nice. (Of course all the areas where we could spend more money. A 12hr stay in this hotel was not worth the money. And it is way to large to provide attention to the customers. Who could use any amenities in such a short space of time. The rooms were a throw back to the 80’s. Drop ceilings in the bathroom. Tub insert that bent under the weight of a 160lb adult. Very low vanities and pillow which were the size of a decorative pillow on my couch!!! Unbelievable

Came to visit Bryce Canyon National Park, loved the closeness to the entrance to the park. Family enjoyed the breakfast, indoor pool and the rock shop that was across the street.
