Liked the indoor pool, when we went to lunch there was a hair in the piece of fish I put in my mouth which was disappointing.

The property is virtually at the entrance to Bryce Canyon National Park so very convenient for a day in the park.

If you want to visit Bryce, it is the place to stay. Dinner ends at 9 pm and breakfast at 9am, so it is all aimed at people tat want to spent all day in the park

We liked the location of the property and the restaurant was excellent. They have a fun gift shop. The room was clean and large but the tub didn't drain so it was like showering in a bath, and the floors squeaked. We expected better for the price.

This property is at very convenient location for visiting Bryce Canyon NP, and provides free breakfast, but sometimes it becomes quiet crowded.

Great location and quick access to park. Hotel is older but clean. Pool has way toooo much chlorine. Would stay here again.

Rooms are Smelly..my neighbors room also smelled like stale popcorn.Called front desk and asked her to paa this info on to GM. Talked to made..she said all the rooms smell. No phone call from GM. They were sold out .needs cleaned up around rental buildings also..Restaurant though was excellent....

The room was very spacious and clean. The lawn and pine trees out front were beautiful. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

There property is in need of some repair. It's a bit dated, but overall it's in a great location.

Room was spacious but dated and used. If you’re on the ground floor the people above you are easily heard on your ceiling walking around Lots of good amenities and good pricing for all there was offered. Most staff was friendly except for one front desk clerk who seemed to forget her job is in customer service. I arrived late after a long day on the road and asked for help with an item two other staff said yes to but she jumped in to insist it was too late. My husband travels a lot for work and has used Best Western for years and this is typical for them...usually it’s fine but then once in a while you get what we call the “Just Western” vs. the “Best Western Experience” That said, the location outside Bryce is as good as it gets.

Ruby's is a great experience, you get the whole Bryce Canyon feel. The food is average however the feel of the place is worth the stay.

Great place to stay! Perfect location. Friendly staff.
