Very nicely located to Bryce Canyon National Park. Nice large room. Clean and comfortable.
It was clean. But needs lots of updates. Especially the bathrooms need to be completely redone. Hot water control dosen't work properly.

Very convenient to the National Park. The dinner buffet was better than our group expected. They were open until 9pm which helped with our late arrival. Breakfast was included and was a nice way to get us ready for our day of hiking. It is not an fancy property but has a western/rustic feel that fits in well with the forest and the national park. We will return to this property.

had no idea from the orbitz site or the best western site that this property is multiple buildings. restaurant not in the same building as our room. we traveled with friends. we were booked into rooms with different buildings. when we tried to change the booking so that we could be in the same build, the staff said in couldn't be done, nothing was available. as we stepped away we saw that they were looking at us and laughing. inexcusable, unacceptable behavior.
