The hotel is basically as close to the entrance of the park without actually staying in the park. There is everything you could dream of on hotel grounds, but in my opinion it is to busy, as there are people everywhere. The free breakfast was not very good, but they did have a to go breakfast option, which was helpful to take with you to start your morning hikes.

Large hotel with rooms in separate buildings. Good Restaurant on the grounds. Not much else around the area. Small strip of tourist shops across the street but they were closed for the winter (we were there in mid October). Just one mile from Bryce Canyon entrance.

Extremely convenient to Bryce Natl park. Town is extremely rural but hotel has everything….liquor store, groceries, post office, restaurant with menu and buffet. Staff very friendly.

Great Location right outside of Bryce Canyon. Clean Rooms and very spacious

Unfortunately this one did not entirely meet our expectations. The staff is very friendly but the room was gloomy and dark. The beds are so uncomfortable: it may be time for them to invest in new mattresses and pillows. We only spent one night otherwise we would have changed the hotel. On a second note, the location is great and the breakfast decent.

Comfortable stay, nice service

Room door was wonky had to slam shut sometimes Bathroom had water stains in ceiling tiles, smelled of sewers. Over use of air freshener when we arrived to try and hide it. Restaurant quality was poor, fries were good.

Breakfast provided was excellent. Hot tub and large pool are really nice. Room was nice but a bit small. Overall we really liked the place.

Hotel is in good location. The only thing I did not like was the rooms where old and smelly. Has a very good restaurant, food was good. Service was good, staff was helpful and friendly

The complementary breakfast was great. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Decent size small refrigerator. The granddaughters loved the indoor swimming pool. Close to restaurants and the grocery store on the property had everything you needed. Great gift shop too. Some of the rooms smelled like a wet dog and outside of the building could use regular cleaning. Will stay there again because overall it was a good

Shuttles stop right outside the hotel takes you into the park. On site dining was good. Room was clean, but offered no views:0(

Needs some updating. Shower was in poor condition. Food provided was excellent. Friendly staff.

Location is perfect for visiting Bryce Canyon!

Very Close to Bryce Canyon

I liked the location of the inn and how it has good facilities near it. It is reallt close to Bryce Canyon, which is really convenient, and the food there is great too.

We were pleased at check-in to find that a free daily buffet breakfast was included with our stay. It was just decent and pretty typical. I was glad to know that they cleaned the rooms but the product(s) they used had a strong overpowering smell that was very unpleasant. Very happy there was a microwave in the room because one night we got back late (9:27pm) and everything but the grocery store in the hotel was closed so we had to buy frozen items for dinner. The worse part about our stay was the bathroom! Every time we stepped in the center of the tub it creeked and made the most annoying loud noise. Also, the shower faucet was very temperamental and getting the temperature JUST RIGHT was a challenge. And, last but not least, the fan in the bathroom was SO annoyingly loud that we had to shower with it off cause we couldn't stand the sound. Would definitely look to stay elsewhere if we come back to Bryce.

Our family stayed here for a quick overnight to visit Bryce Canyon NP. This motel is large, with many buildings. No late checkouts - the cleaning staff won’t allow them. Nice gift shop and convenience store onsite, attached to main lobby and restaurant. Bottom line - this place was fine but not worth the $100 premium over other motels in the area. Pros: 24/7 front desk Free breakfast was good, with decent options Beds were comfortable Staff was courteous and nice Cons: No parking available near our room Many mosquitos and other bugs in our room Could hear footsteps and floor creaks in room above ours No freezer in room fridge Room fridge was lukewarm rather than cold Coffee maker in room didn’t work

Had everything you need in one spot
