This hotel is very old and dated. However, Our room was very big and clean. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of amenities in the bathroom. I found odd that the Keurig was in the bathroom. The breakfast was good. Hotel was very close to Bryce park. All nearby restaurants close at 8 pm or 9:30 pm so plan accordingly.

Well, it's not a Fairmont but it was ok. Usually hunting Marriott points and that will be possible very soon with a Springhill opening soon on HWY 12 close to the park. I did like the dinner theatre at Ebenezers called Bryce Canyon Wranglers.

Very nice! Close to everything. Was able to ride our bicycles from the hotel to red canyon and back. Also was able to ride up through the national park to Bryce point which was fun while riding past wild life. Can’t wait to get back.

Review Title: Very Disappointing Stay – Hidden Fees, Poor Service, and Uncomfortable Room Review Content: Booked this Best Western via Expedia for $200/night. At check-in, we were charged an unexpected “resort fee” for the pool, breakfast, and facilities—things that should be included. It was never disclosed when booking. The amount wasn’t huge, but the way it was imposed was unacceptable: pay whatever they ask or lose your prepaid booking. In theory, they could make it $50, $100, or more, and you’d have no choice. When I questioned it, staff said they hadn’t resolved this with Expedia for over a year and “this is just their rule.” At nearly 11 PM, we found the AC didn’t cool the room, making it hot and stuffy. Staff refused a room change because we booked through Expedia. We kept the AC running, but it was so loud—humming and rattling—that we barely slept. Next morning at 8 AM, loud construction outside our window woke us—beeping and drilling from workers on the building’s glass panels. After the poor night’s sleep, this was unbearable. Front desk staff were firm, unfriendly, and unhelpful. Overall: hidden fees, noisy room, poor service—never again.
