We have been looking for to doing an Under Canvas stay for quite some time, thinking this would be the first of many. The idea is fantastic. The room is really nice, and can be kept warm easily with the provided firewood and wood stove. The staff were nice, but we were missing towels and soap in our room. They fixed that pretty quickly. My gripe is that for $370 a night, I would expect much better service. There was no turndown, or change of sheets. Additional towels were delivered to the front porch, and old towels were left in the room. I would have thought the room would have been swept, fire cleaned out, towels replaced, etc. No such case. The views were lovely and we had a great time. But, again, for the money, I expected a bit more service.

Staying here was so peaceful. You get to see the sunrise and set behind the cliffs of Zion national park. It is in the perfect location for exploring the park and surrounding areas. The staff was super friendly. We were getting there pretty late so called a head to have our dinner ready when we arrived and they were super accommodating to us with that. I hope to stay here again sometime soon.

It was beautiful! Perfect views and everything you could think of in your tent. My only bad report is when we came back from hiking our chargers were missing from the room with no explanation. We were going to take an hour nap before hiking again so I called the main office to inquire and they said they would run two right up to us. After waiting an hour with no chargers I tried calling them again and there was no response the line kept going to the machine. Finally received them about an hour and a half later right as I was about to drive up to the main lodge.

The views were FANTASTIC. Everyone was so friendly! Worth every penny!

Great place for families to connect to the great outdoors.

Our experience here was great! Glamping is the way to go it's awesome. Our tent was spacious and the misters are a plus it gets quite hot. The reception area is nice with smores, a place to eat, hang out and play games! Definitely an experience!!

Kids were very happy to be “camping” while having nice clean bathrooms and a hot shower.

First time Glamping with Under Canvas, according to the past Glamping experiences (with difference companies), this stay at Zion Under Canvas was great! The view is awesome! All tents at the Glamp site have great view, more expensive tent settle at higher up location. We stay at the luxury tent with our owned bathroom, great for middle of the night if you need to use the toilet; but from what I saw the tents with share shower room, which located very close to the communal bathroom too, so, I think I will try the regular tent with much cheaper price. One thing about the shower can get some point deducted from this review, which is you have to hold and pull the a chain down for the water running, can be a be chill while you take your shower at the early morning or night; we don’t have this problem because our schedule end up taking shower around 6PM (Utah’s sunset not until 8:45); the luxury tent cost close to $450/ night, I expected nicer shower setting. Staffs were friendly and nice, they were working so hard to keep the Glamping site running smoothly and make sure guests stay comfortable. I will love to try other Glamping run by Under Canvas at the future

Super friendly staff, cozy room/tents. Great view of the canyons for the sunset. Would go again if it were less expensive.

Amazing views. Comfy and warm beds. Super staff. Great restaurant/food on site. Evening smores by the firepit. All in all an amazing glamping experience. 30 min to Zion National Park and plenty of other nearby hikes. Can't wait to go back.
