The cabin is essentially a one bedroom room. Clean good housekeeping and parking. No room service no coffee in lobby limited dining. Unable to get A/C to work. Nice phone charger outlet on side table. Safe and iron in room. Door handle was a bit loose. Rain head shower was nice and linens were clean.

We love the location of this resort!!! We had previously stayed in the Teepees and it was an AMAZING experience! This time around we chose a room. It was a balcony room and the views were still beautiful, but the room was severely outdated. They were very short handed on staff, especially cleaning staff, so I also didn’t feel like our room received enough attention (I moved the garbage can and there were items left behind it from the previous stay). The staff were very nice and accommodating!!! Overall, the location can’t be beat!!!

I love this place and definitely I will come back here.

The view from our room of the balcony was beautiful. However, we paid a little bit more to stay at here because they had an outdoor hot tub which sounded incredible after a day of hiking. When we checked in they informed us that the hot tub was not open. I would have chosen somewhere cheaper to stay if all we needed was a bed to sleep in.

Room was okay for the area.We were expecting the colorful tepee as pictured. It was not there.

Very close to Capitol Reef. Room had everything we needed, refrigerator, microwave.

Very nice hotel surrounded by the mountains and nature. We enjoyed the camp fire after the dinner. Highly recommended!

Nice property. Convenient to park. Beautiful scenery.

Place is ok, the town is very very small but this is a comfortable inn to stay the night between driving from parks fo parks. Unfortunately, the front desk employees were not wearing masks. They did have hand sanitizer and provided you with new pens... but no masks.

I personally wouldn’t stay here again. If all you need is one night you have to stay at one of the regular rooms which is not worth $200 dollars trust me it looks like a regular super 8 room, if you want the teepe or wagon then i guess it is worth it because you are paying for the experience thats it.

Breathless view, the room was incredibly beautiful. we had a little problem and Mr. JC was very kind. Staff friendly. Well done!!

Although a selling point for many, this resort is very far from supportive services other than the basics. It is very beautiful and staff and people in surrounding areas were very helpful.

Absolutely wonderful views from room balcony, great hotel restaurant. Good location, plenty to do.

Overall acceptable but hot tub was not working. Value for price was not there.

This was a resort and I did not need a resort. I just needed a basic clean room. Most people go to the area for Capitol Reef NP not to stay in a resort. They would have been better off building a nice serviceable hotel with more accessible rooms at a lower price. The price was too high for what I got. Breakfast was barely more than your basic hotel breakfast buffet and cost $10 per person. The whole thing was overpriced. I did not like that I had to traverse a very long steep concrete outdoor stairway to get to my room. The only really good thing was the bar of soap was a nice size and good quality. However there was only one so you had to switch it back and forth between sink and shower.

We do sincerely apologize about the hot tub being closed unfortunately it was due to a wind storm we had no control over. We greatly appreciate your feedback! Thank you for staying with us.
