#4 Artsy and Spacious Home in the Heart of Utah


You'll love this huge, spacious apartment! It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your favorite meals with views out the large windows. The dining area host a low to the floor art table perfect for lounging. There are bar stools for those less comfortable on the floor.
The living room and dining area are big and bright with large, south-facing picture windows. The cozy couches are great to relax and enjoy the quiet sounds of the country, or watch the flatscreen TV. There is a queen size futon for extra guests.
The bathroom and laundry room are fully stocked and supplied with everything you might need while away from home.
The backdoor opens onto a large deck and an expansive view of Velvet Ridge Mesa and steps leading down to a spacious 3/4 acre, fully fenced backyard.
Recover in a spacious and comfortable apartment close to Capitol Reef, beautiful views in every direction. Ample free parking with excellent WIFI and cell service.
When you arrive, go up the front stairs to your private entrance on the west side of the building, Door #6. There is a keyless entry system to enter your code and let yourself in. We will supply you with the entry code after booking and before your check-in date. There is ample free parking.

The house has 6 apartments in it. There will be other people sharing the building during your stay, so expect to share walls, parking, porches, and the backyard. I live close by on the property. I have very limited interaction with guests to ensure your privacy and have a contactless check in and check out system. I am available via messaging/phone all the time and you can contact or message me with any questions or needs.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.

This apartment was amazing for our group of 4. Close to Capital Reef and great restaurants within walking distance. Sorry we couldn’t stay longer. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

One night stay in Torrey

We stayed one night while visiting Capitol Reef. There are very limited options in the area for housing, groceries, gas etc but you can find everything you need. The house is a bit older but there is plenty of space as it has a family room, large kitchen and dining room and then then the bedrooms and bathrooms. There was some mold in the spare bathroom that can be taken care of easily and overall it was a good place to stay and very convenient to the park. We ate the at Mexican place which was good and the Chuck Wagon deli that had a great breakfast and plenty of groceries and supplies as well as box lunches if needed. Make sure to stop for pie inside the park by the visitors center

Perfect Lication in Torrey

We had a great stay! Loved that we could walk to everything in town. Super close to the park - we did some great hikes and the Scenic Loop down through Boulder. We loved all the space in the house, the large kitchen, and the deck. Great stay!

Charming and unpretentious gem

Work brought us to Torrey, and we were fortunate to stay with Danielle. All questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. The space is large and cozy, and had everything we needed and more. Danielle has thoughtfully decorated the space, and stocks a lot of extras, like bath products, laundry detergent, etc. She also has a very fair cleaning fee and reasonable checkout/clean-up expectations, unlike some hosts on this platform and others. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again, whether traveling for business or pleasure, with a family or by myself. Thanks again Danielle!

The property was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The owner was very friendly and communicative. I was sick and she brought me extra Kleenex. Also nice little surprises and extra touches. The pictures represent the place well but may not portray just how spacious it is. I Definitely recommend this place and would certainly stay again if in the area.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious apartment with our two grandsons. After outings in the park each day we were able to relax at “home”. The large kitchen, while a bit dated, is very functional and was great for family dinners. The beds are super comfortable. All in all, this is a great place to stay while visiting Capitol Reef National Park.

HUGE space, great for families

We loved our stay! There was so much space- the living room and kitchen were huge. Everything was clean and well-kept. It's located right in the heart of Torrey, which made it convenient to walk to nearby restaurants and the general store and was about half an hour drive from the Capitol Reef visitors center. Highly recommend for large groups or family gatherings!

Great location for Capital Reef National Park

Rooms were nice, views were nice. The AC is window units but seems to work well. Liked the fact that there was a great coffee and breakfast shop 50 feet outside the door. Definitely worth the stay and we enjoyed hiking in Capital Reef park. Also, there is a convenience store a block down the street that has just about everything you might need so the location really is convenient!
