Only cleaned every other day and even then they didn’t clean room until after 3 pm even though I asked to have it cleaned when I returned at 1. They also failed to make my wake up call. When I asked for a clock they first said I should have had one when I asked for one they said none were available. The soap bar was gritty and would only lather whe rubbed vigorously under hot water.

Run down, older hotel inside. Outside made it look promising.

It had everything I needed, and whenever a minor problem did arise, it was addressed in a timely manner.

Very accommodating. Friendly staff. We did have a slight problem with the door not closing but worked it out.

The suite room we got was huge and was good for hanging out with lots of people.

It as easy to get to from the freeway and fairly centrally located. Housekeeping efforts were a little lacking. Breakfast was good and hot. Normal breakfast food offerings. Plenty of hot coffee!

We were accommodated with adjoining rooms with our son's family, which was great. We really appreciated them doing that!

Room was dirty and furniture was falling apart. We left after 5 minutes and the staff was not honest about how to get a refund

Very nice hotel complex. Breakfast was better than most hotels with real hot food. Beds were comfortable as well.

The tv remote had no batteries; then the alarm clock didn't work; then the coffee pot wouldn't make ANY coffee! the tub wouldnt drain OR the sink. Tried to call office but NO phone service. All we got was another night stay for 49.00. Was not pleased. The second night was AWESOME though. I really expected better service! The pool was increable! The only way i would go back would be for free. ?
