Great hotel

The prices are low, so expectations are low. It’s not really bad, but not great. The bathroom had stains all through the tub and caulking, the water from the sink leaked all over counter tops, and the room was pretty humid. However, the basketball courts, pickleball and minigolf were a nice part of the trip and the staff was friendly. So for a quick cheap trip with children, this hotel was just fine.

The hotel is old which wouldn't be a problem if they keep it clean but it was very dirty, we felt really uncomfortable there. The bed is old and no comfy the carpet looks like they never clean it, under the bed was food and candy and the bathroom was tiny and dirty. The common areas don't have any AC and they close everything at 10 pm so good luck doing anything around the hotel. Also they charge 10 USD for using a baby crib. Good was horrible I didn't even try it but my husband said it tasted like everything had been for year in a freezer. Some of the staff were rude. We won't stay here again or recommended to anyone I feel like probably the motels in the city are better than this hotel.

We arrived and the staff were not available to bring the rollaway bed that was necessary for the amount of people booked. We had to get a room elsewhere at 1AM.

The rooms were very quiet and the grounds and available activities surprising. A it of fun and reazatio

Bathroom still had dirty clothes from previous guest on floor behind door. Mold around bathtub fixture. No coffee or tea in room. No tea anywhere, hot water dispenser was "out of order", "View" from our room was to inside of building! Green Iguana restaurant was closed even though listed as "open." Lumpy pillows. Even the ballpoint pen leaked! Disgusting place.

It was cheap and a decent place to stay for one night. Check in was easy and fast and we were able to park directly in front of our room. Didn’t make it to breakfast, so can’t comment on that. It’s no frills, but decent.

Front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Common areas are very attractive. Room was clean and well-equipped but pretty crowded with two queen beds and not all that attractive. No lamp or power close enough to table and nearest outlets damaged so that they would hardly hold a plug. Room somewhat noisy mostly from a lot of children and teens in neighboring room and hallway. Included breakfast always appreciated, but this one not designed to be health-conscious. No fresh fruit or even instant oatmeal or cold bran cereal. Waffle machine very popular especially with children. Mexican restaurant in hotel was good for dinner.

I was disappointed that the bathroom fixtures were loose and needed to have the mildew scrubbed off! The walls were paper thin allowing the noise to carry.

Located in a very convenient area. Half indoor outdoor pool is nice. Complementary breakfast was better than last time when they were under construction. Only bathtub was not as clean. I scrubbed it before I gave my kids a bath.

Common area hallways needed updating.

Was a very nice place especially for the price. Pool and games were nice. Pillows were less than ok and carpet and bathroom floor were dingy and sticky.

The ladies at the front desk are all great

The jetted tub in the room was fantastic after a long day. The room is a little noisy with traffic noises during the day and evening but night was fairly quiet. Time to get a new bed in the room we were in however.
