The room was beautiful and huge and had everything. Full kitchen, speedster bedroom. Huge. Super quiet too. I didn’t see/hear anyone in the halls even though the lobby would be busy every morning. Somehow I didn’t get room service one day but things happen. The breakfast downstairs was great to have and a pretty decent selection. Coffee did run out quickly but if you asked a staff member they would make more.

We only stayed one night. Room smelled as I entered. We had a suite with a kitchenette. Food and pizza grease was all over the fridge. Donuts and pizza chunks were all over the floor under the table. Carpets had crumbs and debris. The room had definitely not been vaccumed or mopped. Blankets in the closet used for pullout bed had not been washed. I called and someone was able to bring me a vacuum. I went and bought some cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself. Staff was very nice.

They overbooked their hotel, and instead of two queens, we got a king and a pullout. No blankets or pillows for the pullout, just the couch pillows. Luckily my daughter brought her own blanket. Busy traffic and the TV’s didn’t work. Horrible experience!

My hotel if choice in Pleasant Grove

This hotel offers a promising stay with friendly front desk service that enhances the guest experience. The complimentary breakfast is a highlight, featuring made-to-order omelets and a variety of choices. My room was quite spacious, and the bathroom, along with the sitting area, added to the comfort of my stay. I look forward to returning during my visits to see my son and granddaughters.
