Missing the mark on a lot of little things that add up to underwhelming stay

We stayed at this property for seven nights and were hoping for a better experience but we were underwhelmed to say the least.Safety: On two separate occasions there were un-expected staff associated with the property arrive without announcing themselves. First was just to pull the trash cans out but was concerning as our kids were playing in the yard with the gates closed it can cause concern to see someone walking through the yard towards your kids. Second was a "manager" that entered the property without knocking to deliver a brush to clean the grill. We are still baffled as to why this "manager" didn't knock and after entering the home his only comment(not an apology) was that he was told no one was home. It is unclear why he needed to enter the home in the first place to deliver a brush for the grill that was outside and he could have easily walked around on the outside of the property to drop it off or just left it on the porch.Quality of amenities: The outdoor amenities were "okay", the deck and hot tub were great to use along with the gym met expectations. The trampoline was complete trash with the spring cover completely worn out, holes and rips in the black mess. The baskeball hoop wouldn't raise up above 7.5-8' and the net was swollen to not easily allow the ball to drop through it. Inside the house the kitchen was completely under stocked for a home that was listed to host 16 people. The bunk beds in most rooms felt cheap causing guest to be uncomfortable

Amazing stay!

We had all my family come here of all ages for thanksgiving and it was just perfect for everyone, always something to do and so clean and cozy!! I highly recommend and we will be returning!
