Very Nice Stay
Overall great. Location was convenient. Kids walked to the lifts. Kitchen could be a little better stocked for cooking. Out of the control of the owners but the noise from creaking above us would keep me from renting again.

Close to the lifts
Older property but close to the main lifts and walking distance to easy-to-use bus stop to Park City restaurants (found out after Rideshare failed us).

Great location /cold tile floor in non carpeted areas
GREAT LOCATION* for riding/skiing Park City Slopes. For true ski-in/-out, verify that the Eagle lift is open; otherwise, the unit is a short hike from the 3Kings lift. The condo has a number of nice amenities including a very spacious (shared) hot tub to accomodate all guests, climate-controlled locker with easy access to drop-off your ski gear before heading up to unit, and under-building parking with elevator. The place seems recently remodeled and photos are accurate. Televisions in rooms are modern and living room TV includes smart features such as app access to Netflix, Amazon Video, etc. Few personal preference notes: 1) The non-carpeted areas do not have heated floors, so the tiles in the kitchen and both bathrooms are frigid. Bring slippers or inside-use thick socks 2) The plugs/sockets are getting old and loose, and the unit does not include any table-side USB plugs. Finding a plug that can hold a charging block can be challenging. 3) Warning for light-sleepers... Ceilings and walls are thin, so lots of noise and creaking. 4) Kitchen overall was adequate, but absolutely no cooking supplies, as mentioned in the listing due to Covid, though my preference would be to leave them and let the guests choose to use or not.
