Everything was add on expense including $16 not enticing breakfast. It was loud as well from internal noises. And the auto bathroom light was brutal during the night as well as the flashing light in the main room

I would have rated this better the problem is I turned down the sheets and they were dirty I called the front desk to have them changed they told me they had no one on duty to change the sheets the front desk brought me some sheets I had to change them myself I assume if they would send maid service up the next morning and no one showed up to do the sheets disappointed

I booked a king bed suite. I was given a two queen bed suite. That was very disappointing. I needed to get up very early so didn’t try and get it fixed. I needed to go to bed. Also, there were hairs in the bathroom and shower.

Terrible bar / food area but nice room

Very limited menu options in the bar & the bartender was more interested in texting on her phone than helping guests but the front desk staff was friendly and the room was clean.

The room was very nice, the only negative was a smell from the bathroom. Seemed like a sulfur smell. No amount of freshener spray mattered, and I sprayed everywhere. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Super nice Hotel and conveniently located. Comfortable room, super friendly and helpful staff. The hotel bar & Restaurant was a nice bonus. Comfortable bed and room! decent gym was another bonus and helpful. I wish the water/Ice machine was a little easier to use but otherwise great hotel and experience!!

Nice property for the price, but likely because we stayed during the off season. Only issues were they charge for parking and don't include even a continental breakfast. Literally were told when we checked in that parking this time would be complimentary, then were charged for two days. We only stayed one night.

Don't expect to be able to complete laundry needs...don't waste $$. The staff didn’t offer any service recovery. We couldn't get the wifi to work and are Bonvoy members. We could not get the staff to answer the front desk number...had to call the hotel for help. We woke up to a flooded bathroom on our last morning and the front desk's staff member's response was 'Oh My God' 3 times. I won't choose this hotel again.

Double charged me for the room, you have to pay for parking in their attached parking lot. Also charged me $250 for a ‘smoke free environment’ charge. Zero communication as to why, but I can tell you I’m in town for lung treatments at the hospital so no one in my room was smoking. Rarely do I go out of my way to write a review, but my stay here cost $500 and I don’t think it was worth 50.
