Liked the space of the room. The people were nice and very helpful. However, one night, a man who claimed to be the owner, knocked on the door and then keyed into our room. There was no time for us to respond to the knock. It made us feel completely unsafe afterwards.

Friendly staff and very easy to get in and out of the property. A variety of strong smells in the hallways and room. In the room several surfaces were worn through their veneers and the lighting was harsh and mismatched. An earwig was crawling around in the bathroom.

Clean and quiet. It would help in finding the location if the name of the hotel would be clearly given as "The View" (this is how it reads in the building). "The studio suites and event venue" makes it confusing.

Denisia and Christina were extremely helpful and sweet! The hotel is under renovation however we did not hear one peep of noise. Owner on site each morning greeting and talking to guests. Breakfast is limited, but fresh quick and made to order . If you’re looking for a quiet hotel away from intl yet close to universal and Disney- this is the place!
