The hotel is quite clean and eveyone working were very nice and helpful. I did not use the amenities so i can't comment on that. My 2 issues were a roach in the room but it's Florida it can happen. Regulating the water temp was rough. The water was lava hot, I had a difficult time getting cold water

Мы останавливались на две ночи , понравился легкий Check in and Check out . В нашем плане был визит Universal park Halloween Horror Nights, нашу машину мы поставили на valet ( на мой взгляд дорого, но доверие к секьюрити ) с вызовом транспорта Uber , никаких проблем. Номер/ комната , соответствовала выбору, мы брали с видом на бассейн и вид горизонта. Никакого шума и беспокойства. Есть два крыла от центрального дэск в одном бар , без вечерней спешки от обслуживания, работают до последнего клиента, а другая сторона вкусный завтрак , мини шоп и магазин сувениров . В баре в меню закусок есть тарелка с вкусностями, рекомендую 😋 в нее входит : оливки , два вида ветчины/колбасы, порезанный сыр , горчица и хлебцы, с любым мне кажется напитком ола ла , вкусно 😋. СПА на территории, но в наши планы она в этот раз , не попала. Этот Hotel в моем телефоне пополнился сердечком в favorite. Спасибо за хороший прием.

Mike at the front desk was super helpful

The experience was awesome. The gratt9 pool area was as fun as any theme park we visited during our stay. It was a birthday trip and the staff absolutely took care of us
