This was one of the worst stays I have ever had with a hotel, around 2am I went out to get beverages from the convenience stores when I arrived back to the hotel and tried to get into my room my access card stopped working, when I asked for a new card I was given one then I went to try it and it didn’t work, so I had no access to my room for about 2-3 hrs reminder this is late a night they sent a technician to find a solution to open the door he tried everything even a computer, so for the time being I asked to be put into another room after going back and forth with the manager we finally were put into a room then in 2 hrs they called us from the other room to say that they opened the door so I arrive back to my original room but when we arrived the technician said he opened the door then closed it again and it wouldn’t open once we arrived which I found odd now it’s around 8am and we we’re sent back to the other room. Around 9pm-10pm I get a call from front desk saying that it’s an emergency and I have to head to my room just to find 3 managers cornering me and saying that this problem is my fault and I have to pay for both rooms later on once the manager heard what happened he called the technician and he gave a completely different story and the managers said either you pay or we will call the police on you, which I believe to be highly unnecessary since the fact that this was a tech issue and not a guest issue. I was forced to check out 10am but my check out was 11am
