The morning breakfast was horrible. There's multiple times where they were out of food right after they started serving. So a lot of the dishes were empty and they very rarely ever had coffee. We chose to have breakfast at the area sit-down restaurants due to the issue

Air conditioner did not work. Room would not cool below 75. There were no wash clothes or hand towels. There was only one full sized towel. The noise level from the motorcycles racing down the street was loud and kept me up til 2:30am. There was also a large group hanging out in the Bass Pro shop parking lot being loud til late at night.

Excellent service at the front desk and the two bedroom suite was great for myself and family. We didn't partake in the breakfast but it looked top notch. I've been coming to bricktown for years and always envied the people at this hotel due to the location, this will be my new place!
