Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The condo was just perfect for our needs. We had 5 grown ups/college age included. The condo was very clean with nice size rooms. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a couple dinners in. Living room space was very comfortable and nice size! Master bath was a great size with the double sinks. Condo had some games there which was nice as we forgot ours. Having a pool was an added bonus over previous rentals. Overall a very nice place! Would rent again!

We had an excellent stay at Triton's Trumpet. The weather was great. The only rain we had was on the last full day and that did not happen until the afternoon. The 4th of July fireworks were great. This condo was on the top floor and it was great to have the power awning to shade the deck. B W.

Fit my family well!

Nice unit with the space needed to fit my family. Also nicely equipped. The pool and hot tub were great but a little chilly because of the weather. Would definitely stay again.

The initial greeting at Vantage Realty was rather unwelcoming. The young girl handing out keys seemed unwilling to provide much info and was bordering on rude. We had difficulty finding the place because she did not explain where it was located. Once there we found the condo to be lovely and quite comfortable. It was in a good location with easy access to everything. The beach was beautiful. Definitely worth the money.
