"During check in time I was treated rudely by a lady named Alma, she seemed racist and didn't let me speak, talked over me and signaled me to put my identification on the counter she didn't want to take it from my hand. As we continued to wait she explained to me that there is a $100dlr charge for each night, i asked her if its a holding fee and if it would be returned. Very rudely she said she didn't know and there was a silence after that, i can go on and on about how rude this lady was. I am not confrontational but sister did ask to speak to manager, i know my sister said they would be returning our refund on how bad the service at the counter was. Im still hoping we receive the refund which we have not received yet. So if we get the refund i would to leave another review about the manager who handle the situation very seriously and about our experience at the Nugget. Hope to hear from Nugget soon"
