This is one of only two homes adjacent to the Golf Club of Tennessee's golf course. Built in 2020 and located in a gated community, this four-bedroom home is a great place to relax, hike or play golf. The home has a great views of the golf course, an oversized screen porch and a fire pit on the rear patio just steps away from Hole 5. The home is a 2 minute drive to the GCTN main clubhouse, a 5 minute drive from the charming town of Kingston Springs and a 25 minute drive from downtown Nashville.
The vacation home features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a desk.
