En medio del bullicio y agitada vida de la capital de México este pequeño hotel cuenta con todo lo necesario para una cómoda estadía: limpias y cómodas habitaciones, excelente servicio, agradable atmósfera, además de estar perfectamente ubicado aún lado de la catedral. El desayuno bufet es agradable, lo probamos solo un día porque queríamos experimentar la comida de otros lugares. Excelente opción!

Best location. Everything within walking distance. Subway stations within 3 min walk. Premises are clean, safe, and comfortable. Amenities for food and drinks on premises are good. Don’t expect amazing food. This is a hotel that caters to wide range of tourists therefore food is fine. If you’re a foodie, there are plenty of options nearby. The only flaw is the rooms lack soundproof. You can hear everything. Staff is polite and helpful. I highly recommend it.

I love this hotel. It is one of my favorites . BUT, when they decide to do construction in the middle of the night I have grave misgiving as to what they think tourists do during the night. They did try to make it right, so we'll see. Joyce

The staff were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. When we arrived, our room was not ready yet, but they kindly provided us with dinner vouchers, which we really appreciated. The service recovery was thoughtful and professional. The location is excellent — it’s less than a 5-minute walk to the main attractions in the historic district. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

The suite was wonderful but customer service was left to be desired and the jacuzzi was broken. The view was exceptional and amazing. Great location too with everything nearby. The experience was lacking when it came to customer service as waiting for someone to come after you call the front desk took more than 20 minutes.

I stayed in a gorgeous suite in the new Pyramid Tower. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, wonderfully equipped and had a fabulous view of the cathedral and zocalo area. All of the staff was friendly and helpful and the location is great for exploring the Centro Histórico area.
