The hotel staff was friendly. The room was very spacious and the bed was pretty comfortable. It was fairly clean. The toilet did run unless you pushed the handle up all the way. The TV was a smart TV but it wouldn't connect to any of the streaming services so that was a bummer. There is no cleaning service unless you call the front desk and ask for it. There was only 2 hangers in the closet and I was there for 3 days so that was inconvenient. It was within walking distance to the Ontario Convention Center which was very convenient since I was there for a convention.

We liked the spacious room, which also included a microwave oven, refrigerator, and sink. We also liked yhe complimentary breakfast.

The shower heads had black mold on them, there were prostitutes transienting the hotel, there were stains on the carpert, upon entering hotel it smells like marijuana and cigarette smoke. Thia hotel is not recommended for families or even a business stay. Staff does not seem to care about what is going on or their guests. The hotel appears to just have been painted made to look new but it is old with ugly, old and outdated picture frames in hallway that make it look like the haunted mansion. The bed sheets were yellowing and did not look appealing to sleep in, we end up leaving the hotel after entering the room and seeing the condition and staying elsewhere.

My wife and I enjoyed the motif. We were disappointed that the pool and spa wasn’t available to be utilized. Breakfast was good just wish there was more of a fruit selection and it would be nice if you folks served waffles or pancakes. The orange juice was outstanding compared to most hotels.

Friendly and helpful staff. Pool and hot tub were under construction, we didn't care but other vacations we would have been frustrated. Breakfast was ok.

This seemed to be a wonderful hotel and we generally enjoyed out stay. However, our stay was marred by an incident. A few doors down from us was a couple fighting very loudly. At one point the man seemed to be beating his wife. We could hear him hitting her. We immediately reported this to the staff, but they didn't seem to take it seriously. They said they'd send someone up to look into it, but the fighting continued for some time. We almost called the police but felt that was a decision for hotel staff.

When checking in, the night attendant was friendly and helpful. Beyond that, we were disappointed with the conditions of the rooms. The carpeted rooms had stains, filthy bed sheets and bathrooms which occurred while we were checking in. After viewing several rooms, the night attendant was able to find a clean room for us. In the morning, when we needed towels and toiletries , we asked housekeeping, they were rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, since it was Memorial Weekend, we were stuck because other places were sold out. After we checked out, decided to go across the street to Comfort Inn were it was clean, courteous staff and housekeeping , and better breakfast than this place.

Great accommodations for the price. Last minute booking was cheaper than my original host hotel.

Great location, proximity to airport, great view/scenery, proximity to convention center, convenient and well priced!

When we checked in there was spoiled food in the refrigerator. Also, there was a hairball in the toilet. In the shower, there were two body wash dispensers but no shampoo? The shampoo was by the sink out of the bathroom. Also, there were stains on the carpet in front of the refrigerator. Maybe it used to be a great hotel once upon a time but it is obvious that nowadays it is not being managed properly.

This was a disgusting place! Everything was dirty, the spa made my daughter break out with bumps (never happened before). The breakfast was unhealthy, minimal and super cheap. The gym was so filthy, you could not safely work out. No service, unhappy staff. Total disappointment! DO NOT STAY HERE
