Great location, cant beat that price. Room was just doable during a heatwave. Plenty of showers, never had to wait. Other guests were respectful. Elevaters a bit cramped.

Safe pod and great location . Showers need adjustable temperatures, several locks on bathrooms were broken , and the pod got too hot even with the aircon on

For the type of accommodation it is, it is well kept and comfortable enough for a nights sleep. It’s like a coed hostel but every bed is closed off completely and lockable. Loos and showers were all kept up. I would use again.

It’s always my go-to whenever I visit London by myself. Always clean, always prepared and definitely relaxing. I do recommend to bring your own body wash just in case, because the stall I used didnt have any soap inside the dispenser. But still 10/10 overall and definitely recommend it!!

For a solo traveler with jammed packed days outside of the hotel, this is a good economical spot. There is a cost to “rent” a towel of £5, per towel. And to safeguard your personal items within your capsule, you will need to have a lock already or purchase one at the front desk. Showers could be better with the added ability to adjust temperature (some people like it cooler). Good stay overall.

Staff were very helpful when I had a question at check in. Pod was clean and you can tell they are trying to keep the dorms cool during the heat wave. The only thing….I paid extra to stay in the female only dorm, but there were male cleaning staff in the bathroom in the middle of the night, kind of defeats the purpose and especially that late at night!
