Property is very well located and they offered a complimentary continental breakfast which was a nice touch. We were located in a family room on the lower ground which was upgrade from the triple room we had booked. Room was nice but the noise from the hotel guests in rooms above was meant we hardly slept. Beautifully decorated room. Looks like it has just been renovated. Could do with a new shower head. It is too high, doesn’t move and many of the holes are plugged. Quiet. Comfortable beds, lovely linen. Staff are very helpful.

Clean and pleasant hotel with lovely, helpful staff. We arrived well before check-in time and the gentleman at the desk was kind enough to swap our booking to an available room which we really appreciated! Complimentary breakfast was simple but a nice option to get a coffee and light bite before heading out into the city, there are lots of lovely cafes and bakeries within a 5 minute walk of the hotel too. The area was quiet and we weren't bothered by any outside noise. The only issue with the room was a slight smell from the bathroom drains if the water hadn't been run for a while but this didn't impact the room if we kept the door closed overnight and when we were out.

We booked on the day and stayed in a family room on lower basement floor. It was basic but shower was great. Good space but felt a bit dated. Some great local pubs and food/coffee places and an easy walk to Victoria. Good base if you need to travel from the station. Staff were great, and they kept our luggage safe for our final day. Only downside to lower basement floor is the footfall noise from the bar and reception area goes on quite late... Our room was below so quite noisy.

If yo are looking for a place to only sleep this is for you. You do not have any room to move around it is very small for 2 people who have multiple luggage’s. It was very uncomfortable the set up to find your rooms is inconvenient. Our first night they told us our room was not available so they “upgraded us to a bigger room” which was still very small and then the next day they had to move our belongings since we were there for 4 nights. Trying to shower in the bathroom it was smaller than a cruise ship shower. The staff is very nice. Breakfast is very limited but included. There are not many bars/ restaurants near by but the Italian restaurant next door is delicious.

La publicidad te muestra una habitación con ventana y cuando recibimos la habitación era un cuarto en el sotano, con una ventana dando a la pared de otro edificio, fue decepcionante. El cuarto es pequeño. Lo único rescatable es que hay cafetera y dejan café, leche y tazas.
